【摘要】：以社區(qū)養(yǎng)老作為切入點,基于對老舊社區(qū)的宴地調(diào)研和戶型分析,將國外相關(guān)住宅改造方法作為理念依據(jù)和借鑒,嘗試性提出老舊社區(qū)中住宅適老化改造的方法和設(shè)計要點,并針對老舊住宅的宴例進(jìn)行改造方案的設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Taking the community pension as the starting point, based on the investigation of the old community and the household type analysis, this paper puts forward the methods and design essentials of the residence adaptation to aging in the old community based on the relevant methods of residential reconstruction abroad as the basis and reference. And the design of the renovation scheme for the old house banquet example.
