張拉膜結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元數(shù)值分析與狀態(tài)研究

【摘要】:膜結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)研究幾十年的時(shí)間,與傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能相比,這種新結(jié)構(gòu)有很大的不同,并且在材料、構(gòu)造上也有很大不同,重量輕,覆蓋面大等特點(diǎn)使它和其他結(jié)構(gòu)不同,應(yīng)用是非常廣泛的。但是由于其剛度低,所以很容易發(fā)生變形。由于膜結(jié)構(gòu)建筑所受到的荷載是不確定的,所以位移也是隨機(jī)的產(chǎn)生的。過大的撓度將會(huì)引起膜結(jié)構(gòu)變形、松弛、褶皺,甚至撕裂等現(xiàn)象,將造成嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,探究這類膜結(jié)構(gòu)形式的力學(xué)特性有助于對(duì)這類結(jié)構(gòu)有更好的深入理解。國內(nèi)外有不少學(xué)者通過試驗(yàn)或理論等方面對(duì)這類問題進(jìn)行研究和分析,然而通過現(xiàn)有的理論并結(jié)合有限元軟件數(shù)值模擬分析的比較少。通過兩者分析的結(jié)果對(duì)膜結(jié)構(gòu)的工程特性進(jìn)行分析研究,是研究膜結(jié)構(gòu)工程特性的重要課題。本文首先在兩種形式的張拉膜結(jié)構(gòu)施加預(yù)張力,即平面膜和雙曲拋物面這兩種形式,利用有限元軟件ANSYS Workbench的幾何非線性模塊分析在施加預(yù)張力之后的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)兩種形式的張拉膜進(jìn)行受荷載變形的分析,在獲得外界均布荷載作用下的膜面的變形成果之后,再將數(shù)值模擬的結(jié)果和理論結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)照。本文采納的荷載形式是一種理想簡化,因?yàn)檠芯康氖悄さ氖芎勺冃魏蟮臓顟B(tài),所以沒有對(duì)荷載分布作特別的分析。本文得到了兩種形狀膜在荷載作用下其結(jié)構(gòu)變形的一些結(jié)論,為膜結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The membrane structure has been studied for several decades. Compared with the mechanical properties of the traditional structure, this new structure is quite different from other structures, and it is different in material and structure, light in weight, large in coverage, and so on. The application is very extensive. But because of its low stiffness, it is easy to deform. Because the load on the membrane structure is uncertain, the displacement is also random. Excessive deflection will cause deformation of the membrane structure. Relaxation, folding, and even tearing will cause serious economic losses. Exploring the mechanical properties of this kind of membrane structure will contribute to a better understanding of this kind of structure. Many scholars at home and abroad have studied and analyzed this kind of problems by means of experiments or theories. However, few of the existing theories and finite element software are used to simulate and analyze the engineering characteristics of the membrane structure. It is an important subject to study the engineering characteristics of membrane structure. In this paper, we first apply pretension to two kinds of tensioned membrane structures, namely, plane membrane and hyperbolic paraboloid. The geometric nonlinear module of the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the deformation of two kinds of tension films after applying pretension. After obtaining the deformation results of the membrane surface under uniform external load, The results of the numerical simulation are compared with the theoretical results. The load form adopted in this paper is an ideal simplification, because the state of the membrane after being subjected to load and deformation is studied. Therefore, there is no special analysis of the load distribution. In this paper, some conclusions about the deformation of two kinds of membrane under load are obtained, which provides a certain reference for the design of membrane structure.
