基于增熱型吸收式換熱的燃氣鍋爐集中供熱技術(shù)節(jié)能效益分析

【摘要】:開發(fā)可再生能源-地熱和回收鍋爐煙氣余熱是提高既有供熱系統(tǒng)供熱能效的有效措施。本文研究的基于增熱型吸收式換熱的燃氣鍋爐供熱系統(tǒng)在熱源站設(shè)置直燃型吸收式熱泵和防腐型間壁式煙-水換熱器用于深度回收煙氣余熱,在熱力站設(shè)置增熱型吸收式換熱機組用于開發(fā)利用地熱。分析表明,當供熱負荷為50 MW時,該供熱系統(tǒng)可將排煙溫度降至35℃,回收煙氣余熱約4.7萬GJ/a,回收地熱約4.6萬GJ/a,降低NO_x排放量約1.5 t/a。與常規(guī)燃氣鍋爐集中供熱系統(tǒng)相比,該供熱系統(tǒng)可提高一次能源利用率約27.8%,降低天然氣年消耗量約19.9%,供熱成本降低7.7%,增量投資回收期少于6 a。該系統(tǒng)用能方式相對較為合理,其節(jié)能效益、經(jīng)濟效率和環(huán)保效益均優(yōu)于常規(guī)燃氣鍋爐集中供熱系統(tǒng),宜適用于北方地熱資源可資利用的區(qū)域。研究成果為既有鍋爐供熱系統(tǒng)升級改造或新建供熱系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:It is an effective measure to improve the heating efficiency of the existing heating system by developing the renewable energy-geothermal and recovering the waste heat from the flue gas of the boiler. In this paper, the gas boiler heating system based on the enhanced absorption heat transfer is designed for direct combustion at the heat source station. Type-type absorption heat pump and anti-corrosion wall-type smoke-water heat exchanger for deep recovery of flue gas waste heat, An enhanced absorption heat exchanger is set up at the thermal station for the development and utilization of geothermal. The analysis shows that when the heating load is 50 MW, the exhaust gas temperature of the heating system can be reduced to 35 鈩,
