【摘要】：為了解決作業(yè)工況惡劣時鉸接式裝載機副車架結(jié)構(gòu)容易出現(xiàn)焊縫開裂的問題,利用UG NX7.5和ANSYS Workbench建立副車架的三維實體模型;選擇典型工況對該模型進行結(jié)構(gòu)強度的應力分析,得出副車架的應力分布云圖。依據(jù)分析結(jié)果對副車架進行改進,并對改進后的結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):改進后的結(jié)構(gòu)受力情況明顯要好于原結(jié)構(gòu);增加副車架與后車架的間隙可改善副車架的受力。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that welding seam cracking is easy to appear in the auxiliary frame structure of articulated loader when the working condition is bad, the three-dimensional solid model of the sub-frame is established by UG NX7.5 and ANSYS Workbench, and the stress analysis of the structural strength of the model is carried out under typical working conditions. The stress distribution cloud diagram of the sub-frame is obtained. According to the analysis results, the sub-frame is improved, and the improved structure is analyzed. The results show that the stress situation of the improved structure is obviously better than that of the original structure; Increasing the gap between the sub-frame and the rear frame can improve the force of the sub-frame.
