【摘要】：長春市近代建筑作為中國一段特殊歷史時(shí)期的產(chǎn)物,在中國近代史中有著獨(dú)特的歷史價(jià)值與研究意義。自1800年設(shè)治以來,長春已走過200多年的城市發(fā)展歷程。特別是在1898至1945年,長春先后經(jīng)歷了沙皇俄國與日本帝國主義的侵略統(tǒng)治,期間所修建的近代建筑多融合了中國傳統(tǒng)工藝與西方先進(jìn)的建筑技術(shù)、材料,由此形成了該階段較為特殊的建筑風(fēng)格以及立面特征。飾面磚作為由日本設(shè)計(jì)師在該階段首次大規(guī)模引用到長春近代建筑上的“新型”飾面材料,其自身特征也成為該時(shí)期建筑文化的重要組成部分和最為直觀的立面特征。對于該時(shí)期建筑的研究,國內(nèi)研究普遍傾向于建筑設(shè)計(jì)、風(fēng)格和理論的研究,而有關(guān)其飾面磚的獨(dú)立研究相對較少。因此,本文針對長春市近代建筑外墻飾面磚的特征進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的歸納與研究。首先,本文從飾面磚應(yīng)用背景的角度對長春近代城市發(fā)展與建筑特征進(jìn)行了簡要概況,并對長春市近代建筑外墻飾面磚的調(diào)研工作及相關(guān)分析方法進(jìn)行了全面的闡述,以此作為本文的基礎(chǔ)理論與研究支撐。其次,本文從飾面磚的建筑類型特征、區(qū)位分布特征與其價(jià)值研究三個(gè)角度出發(fā),對長春市近代建筑外墻飾面磚進(jìn)行多方面的分析,力圖獲得長春市近代建筑外墻飾面磚的獨(dú)特價(jià)值與應(yīng)用規(guī)律。最終,本文依據(jù)前文的調(diào)研與分析成果對長春市近代建筑外墻飾面磚的形態(tài)特征進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)化的研究,其中包含飾面磚的尺寸形態(tài)、色彩韻律、肌理樣式、排磚砌筑技藝四個(gè)方面,并通過與其它東北主要城市近代建筑外墻飾面磚特征的比較研究,更進(jìn)一步梳理出長春市近代建筑外墻飾面磚的獨(dú)有特征,以求能在未來對長春歷史建筑的保護(hù)及長春城市文脈的發(fā)掘工作提供合理的參考與有利的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a product of a special historical period in China, the modern architecture of Changchun has a unique historical value and research significance in the modern history of China. Changchun has gone through more than 200 years of urban development. Especially from 1898-#date0#, Changchun experienced the aggressive rule of Czarist Russia and Japanese imperialism. Most of the modern buildings built during this period are a combination of Chinese traditional techniques and advanced western building techniques and materials. As a result, the relatively special architectural style and facade features of this stage were formed. The decorative brick was used as a "new type" decorative material by Japanese designers in this stage for the first time in modern architecture in Changchun. Its own characteristics have also become an important part of the architectural culture and the most intuitive facade features of this period. For the study of architecture in this period, the domestic research generally inclines to the study of architectural design, style and theory. However, there are relatively few independent studies on the decorative brick. Therefore, this paper systematically summarizes and studies the characteristics of the decorative brick of the exterior wall of modern buildings in Changchun. First of all, This paper gives a brief overview of the development and architectural characteristics of Changchun modern city from the perspective of the application background of facing brick, and comprehensively expounds the investigation and research work and related analysis methods of exterior wall facing brick of modern architecture in Changchun. Secondly, from three aspects of architectural type characteristics, location distribution characteristics and value of decorative brick, this paper analyzes the exterior wall facing brick of modern architecture in Changchun City from three angles: the architectural type, the location distribution and the value of the brick, which is the basic theory and research support of this paper. This paper tries to obtain the unique value and application law of exterior wall facing brick of modern architecture in Changchun. Finally, based on the previous investigation and analysis results, this paper systematically studies the morphological characteristics of exterior wall facing brick of modern architecture in Changchun. It includes four aspects: dimension and shape, color rhythm, texture style, bricklaying technique, and compared with other major cities in Northeast China. Further combing out the unique characteristics of the exterior wall facing brick of Changchun modern architecture in order to provide a reasonable reference and favorable basis for the protection of Changchun historical buildings and the excavation of Changchun city context in the future.
