【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著海綿城市建設(shè)的興起,低影響開(kāi)發(fā)(LID)理念已經(jīng)成為城市道路建設(shè)的一項(xiàng)重要指導(dǎo)理論。但目前國(guó)內(nèi)LID理念下的城市道路綠地建設(shè)仍多從決策者和設(shè)計(jì)者的角度出發(fā),公眾參與性明顯不夠,對(duì)于道路綠地的效益評(píng)價(jià)研究也相對(duì)較少,并往往從單一方面展開(kāi)。綜合評(píng)價(jià)LID理念下的城市道路綠地效益,能夠有效解決這類(lèi)問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也使得LID理念下的道路綠地規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)程序更加完善。在提升未來(lái)道路綠地建設(shè)質(zhì)量的同時(shí),也逐漸形成更加科學(xué)化的建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范。本文從環(huán)境、功能、美學(xué)三方面展開(kāi)對(duì)城市道路綠地效益的評(píng)價(jià)研究,分析了LID理念下的武漢市道路綠地特點(diǎn)及使用者的需求特征,構(gòu)建LID理念下的武漢市道路綠地效益評(píng)價(jià)體系。在分析模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法適用性的基礎(chǔ)上,選取武漢市青山區(qū)兩類(lèi)典型道路綠地進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)證研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)城市道路綠地等基本概念進(jìn)行界定,并闡述LID理念下城市道路綠地效益的內(nèi)涵。在對(duì)現(xiàn)有評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行概述比較的基礎(chǔ)上,基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論確定LID理念下武漢市道路綠地效益的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。其次,結(jié)合LID理念下的武漢市道路綠地規(guī)劃建設(shè)情況,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)理論研究初選評(píng)價(jià)體系指標(biāo),并利用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)結(jié)果,加權(quán)計(jì)算完成評(píng)價(jià)體系指標(biāo)的優(yōu)化篩選,構(gòu)建LID理念下武漢市道路綠地效益評(píng)價(jià)體系,主要包括環(huán)境效益、功能效益、美學(xué)效益3大準(zhǔn)則層,道路雨水管理、小氣候改善等6個(gè)指標(biāo)層和徑流量削減效果、徑流峰值延遲效果等18個(gè)亞指標(biāo)層。采用層次分析法構(gòu)建兩兩比較的判斷矩陣,根據(jù)專(zhuān)家專(zhuān)業(yè)評(píng)判確定各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,并分析闡述各層次指標(biāo)的相對(duì)重要程度及其含義說(shuō)明和賦值方法。最后,以武漢市青山區(qū)臨江大道和武豐二路道路綠地作為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象,運(yùn)用模糊評(píng)價(jià)法分別對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果均為Ⅱ級(jí),較好。說(shuō)明基于LID理念的武漢市道路綠地建設(shè)的公眾滿(mǎn)意度與接受度較高。總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果和目前存在的問(wèn)題,提出武漢市道路綠地低影響開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)優(yōu)化建議。本研究不僅為L(zhǎng)ID理念下武漢市道路綠地的評(píng)價(jià)工作提供了一種新的思路和方法,同時(shí)也對(duì)LID理念下城市道路綠地的建設(shè)提供了指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rise of sponge city construction, The concept of low impact development has become an important guiding theory of urban road construction. However, at present, the construction of urban road green space under the concept of LID in China is still from the perspective of decision makers and designers, and the public participation is obviously insufficient. The research on the evaluation of road green space benefit is also relatively few, and often from a single aspect. Comprehensive evaluation of urban road green space efficiency under the concept of LID, can effectively solve this kind of problems, At the same time, it also makes the road green space planning and design process more perfect under the concept of LID. While improving the quality of road green space construction in the future, it also gradually forms more scientific construction standards and norms. The evaluation of urban road green space benefit is carried out in three aspects of aesthetics, and the characteristics of road green space and the needs of users in Wuhan under the concept of LID are analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the applicability of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, two kinds of typical road greenbelts in Qingshan District of Wuhan City are selected for the evaluation empirical research. The main research contents are as follows: first, This paper defines the basic concepts of urban road green space, and expounds the connotation of urban road green space benefit under the concept of LID. On the basis of summarizing and comparing the existing evaluation methods, Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory to determine the comprehensive evaluation method of the road green space benefit of Wuhan under the concept of LID. Secondly, according to the situation of Wuhan road green space planning and construction under the LID concept, the index of primary evaluation system is studied through the literature theory. With the results of questionnaire investigation and expert consultation, the index of evaluation system is optimized and screened by weighted calculation, and the evaluation system of road green space benefit in Wuhan under the concept of LID is constructed, which mainly includes environmental benefit, function benefit and aesthetic benefit. There are 6 index layers such as road Rain Water management, microclimate improvement, runoff reduction effect, runoff peak delay effect and 18 sub-index layers. AHP is used to construct the judgment matrix of comparison. According to the expert professional evaluation, the weight of each evaluation index is determined, and the relative importance of each level index is analyzed and expounded. Taking Linjiang Avenue and Wufeng Road Green Space in Qingshan District of Wuhan City as the evaluation object, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate and study them respectively.
