排水板復(fù)合框架自鉆胎串式錨桿支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的工作機(jī)制分析

【摘要】:針對軟土地區(qū)的深基坑工程降水與支護(hù)問題,提出排水板復(fù)合框架自鉆胎串式錨桿新型支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu),對其結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成和工作機(jī)制進(jìn)行詳細(xì)探討;谥讛U(kuò)張理論,推導(dǎo)出自鉆胎串式錨桿在孔壓影響下的承載力計(jì)算公式,采用數(shù)值軟件ADINA對排水板的降水效果及其對自鉆胎串式錨桿抗拔承載力的影響規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,最后將承載力模擬值與理論值進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果表明:(1)排水板具有良好的降水效果,能夠快速有效地消散掉含水層土體的孔隙水壓力。(2)通過與無排水板的工況進(jìn)行對比,得出排水板降水措施能夠有效減小錨桿軸力和框架柱的水平位移。(3)排水板能夠及時消散胎體膨脹引起的超孔隙水壓力,隨著孔壓消散,土體沿錨桿軸向產(chǎn)生的位移和應(yīng)變降低,錨桿的抗拔承載力得到提高。(4)抗拔承載力理論公式計(jì)算值與模擬值基本吻合,驗(yàn)證了承載力計(jì)算公式的正確性。
[Abstract]:In view of the dewatering and supporting problems of deep foundation pit engineering in soft soil area, a new type of support structure with self-drilling tire string bolt of drainage plate composite frame is put forward, and its structure and working mechanism are discussed in detail, based on the expansion theory of column hole. The formula for calculating the bearing capacity of self-drilling tire string anchor under the influence of pore pressure is derived. The effect of drainage plate and its influence on the pull-out bearing capacity of self-drilling tire string anchor are analyzed by using the numerical software ADINA. Finally, the simulation value of bearing capacity is compared with the theoretical value. The results show that the drainage board has good precipitation effect and can dissipate the pore water pressure of aquifer soil mass quickly and effectively. It is concluded that the drainage plate dewatering measures can effectively reduce the axial force of the anchor rod and the horizontal displacement of the frame column. The drainage board can dissipate the excess pore water pressure caused by the expansion of the matrix in time. With the dissipation of the pore pressure, the displacement and strain of the soil along the axial direction of the anchor rod decrease. The uplift bearing capacity of anchor rod is improved. 4) the calculated value of the theoretical formula of the uplift bearing capacity is in good agreement with the simulated value, which verifies the correctness of the formula for calculating the bearing capacity.
