零能耗住宅外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)能技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)能耗巨大的問題引起了廣泛憂慮,零能耗住宅是一種對不可再生能源的消耗為零,可以最大限度的利用可再生能源的住宅建筑,它極大地降低了建筑能耗,對于我國建筑節(jié)能事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重大的理論意義和實際工程應(yīng)用價值。本文以夏熱冬冷地區(qū)零能耗住宅為研究對象,通過對其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,確定研究的重點是外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)能技術(shù),并對零能耗建筑定義中的度量時間、能量類型、平衡類型等要素做了明確的規(guī)定。為了了解在既有零能耗住宅中外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的熱工性能,對南京鋒尚國際公寓進(jìn)行了實地調(diào)研,將其外墻、外窗、屋面的構(gòu)造做法和熱工性能與零能耗住宅典型的外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行對比,并通過能耗分析得到南京鋒尚國際公寓只能夠在制冷方面達(dá)到零能耗標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而在為了滿足舒適度要求進(jìn)行的采暖方面達(dá)不到零能耗建筑的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并提出了三點節(jié)能改進(jìn)建議:(1)增加外墻保溫層厚度,降低外墻傳熱系數(shù);(2)改變外窗類型,選擇傳熱系數(shù)較低、氣密性較好的外窗并控制各朝向的窗墻比;(3)增加屋面保溫層厚度,降低屋面?zhèn)鳠嵯禂?shù)。為了進(jìn)一步研究適合夏熱冬冷地區(qū)零能耗住宅的外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)類型,建立研究用基礎(chǔ)模型,對影響基礎(chǔ)模型的內(nèi)因進(jìn)行分析,確立了零能耗住宅設(shè)計中外墻、屋面的傳熱系數(shù)限值、合適的外窗類型以及建筑各朝向最佳窗墻比,并針對南京鋒尚國際提出了優(yōu)化方案。利用DeST-h模擬軟件對優(yōu)化后的方案進(jìn)行能耗分析,與原有方案進(jìn)行對比,得出優(yōu)化后的南京鋒尚國際公寓能夠達(dá)到零能耗住宅的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。選取典型的夏熱冬冷地區(qū)城市,對該優(yōu)化方案在不同城市的適用性進(jìn)行分析,得出以南京為案例確定的零能耗住宅外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)指導(dǎo)設(shè)計原則同樣適用于夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的其他城市。綜上所述,夏熱冬冷地區(qū)零能耗住宅外圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)指導(dǎo)設(shè)計原則,可以對該地區(qū)零能耗住宅的節(jié)能設(shè)計提供參考,并促進(jìn)零能耗住宅在我國的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the huge energy consumption of construction industry has caused widespread concern, zero energy consumption of residential buildings is a kind of non-renewable energy consumption of zero, can maximize the use of renewable energy residential buildings, It greatly reduces the building energy consumption, and has great theoretical significance and practical engineering application value for the development of building energy conservation in our country. This paper takes zero energy consumption residence in hot summer and cold winter area as the research object, through the systematic analysis to it. The emphasis of the research is on the energy saving technology of the outer enclosure structure, and the measurement time and energy type in the definition of zero energy consumption building. In order to understand the thermal performance of the domestic and foreign enclosure structure in the existing zero energy consumption residential building, a field investigation was carried out on the Nanjing Fengshan International Apartments, and the exterior walls and windows were taken. The structure and thermal performance of the roof are compared with the typical outer envelope structure of the zero energy consumption residence. Through the energy consumption analysis, it is concluded that the Nanjing Fengshan International apartment can only meet the zero energy consumption standard in the aspect of refrigeration. However, in order to meet the requirements of comfort, the heating requirements are not up to the standard of zero energy consumption buildings, and three suggestions for improving energy saving are put forward: 1) increase the thickness of the insulation layer of the external wall, reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall and change the type of the outer window. Select the outer window with lower heat transfer coefficient and better air tightness and control the window wall with each orientation to increase the thickness of the insulation layer of the roof and reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the roof. In order to further study the type of the outer enclosure structure suitable for the zero energy consumption housing in the hot summer and cold winter area, Based on the analysis of the internal factors affecting the foundation model, the limit value of the outer wall, the heat transfer coefficient of the roof, the appropriate type of outer window and the optimum window / wall ratio of the building are established in the design of zero energy consumption residence. According to Nanjing Fengshan International, the optimization scheme is put forward. The energy consumption of the optimized scheme is analyzed by using DeST-h simulation software, and compared with the original scheme. It is concluded that the optimized Nanjing Fengshan International apartment can reach the standard of zero energy consumption residence. The applicability of the optimization scheme in different cities is analyzed by selecting typical cities in hot summer and cold winter area. It is concluded that the guiding design principle of the outer envelope structure of zero energy consumption housing is also applicable to other cities in the hot summer and cold winter area, and the guiding design principle of the outer envelope structure of the zero energy consumption housing in the hot summer and cold winter area is summarized. It can provide reference for energy saving design of zero energy consumption residence in this area and promote the development of zero energy consumption residence in our country.
