【摘要】：佳木斯作為黑龍江東北部的重要城市,長期以來,少有關(guān)于城市與建筑的研究。本論文在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)佳木斯近現(xiàn)代城市與建筑的發(fā)展及特色做了初步研究,并提出相應(yīng)保護(hù)策略,為建設(shè)地域性特色城市提供基礎(chǔ)性的研究資料。清朝末年,佳木斯因水運(yùn)交通便利發(fā)展成為三江地區(qū)的糧谷集散地,這是城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展之始�！熬乓话恕笔伦兒�,佳木斯憑借著其優(yōu)越的地理環(huán)境和豐富的自然資源發(fā)展為城市,成為三江省省會(huì)。新中國成立后,佳木斯因?yàn)橘Y源豐富、交通便利等諸多地理優(yōu)勢發(fā)展成為工業(yè)城市。歷史的變遷與外來文化的影響決定了城市建筑的多樣性。本論文以時(shí)間為節(jié)點(diǎn),分時(shí)期詳細(xì)闡述佳木斯近現(xiàn)代建筑的發(fā)展歷程。最后對(duì)現(xiàn)有的建筑遺存,提出保護(hù)與再利用建議。本篇論文共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分論述課題來源及研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究范圍界定及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行概述并梳理出理論框架;第二部分以佳木斯城市起源為起點(diǎn),將佳木斯城市與建筑發(fā)展的三個(gè)重要時(shí)期,老城時(shí)期、偽滿時(shí)期及“一五”時(shí)期城市的形成、發(fā)展及空間特色做出了詳細(xì)的歸納和總結(jié),為本論文的主要論點(diǎn)做鋪墊;第三部分結(jié)合歷史資料,分析佳木斯各個(gè)時(shí)期建筑樣式的形成和演進(jìn)、工業(yè)建筑產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展,對(duì)具有代表性的建筑詳細(xì)分析;第四部分對(duì)佳木斯近現(xiàn)代建筑遺存實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析其建筑特色、歷史及文化價(jià)值。以保護(hù)原則為基礎(chǔ)提出保護(hù)方法,為建筑與工業(yè)遺存的再利用提出實(shí)質(zhì)性建議。希望本文的研究成果能為佳木斯近現(xiàn)代建筑遺存的保護(hù)和再利用做出些許貢獻(xiàn),為建設(shè)地域性特色城市提供基礎(chǔ)性的研究資料。
[Abstract]:As an important city in northeast Heilongjiang, Jiamusi has been lack of research on city and architecture for a long time. On the basis of field investigation, this paper makes a preliminary study on the development and characteristics of modern city and architecture in Jiamusi. In the late Qing Dynasty, Jiamusi developed into a grain and grain distribution center in Sanjiang area because of the convenient transportation by water. This was the beginning of urban development. After the "918" incident, Jiamusi became the capital of Sanjiang province by virtue of its superior geographical environment and abundant natural resources. After the founding of New China, Jiamusi was rich in resources. Many geographical advantages, such as convenient transportation, have developed into industrial cities. The changes of history and the influence of foreign cultures determine the diversity of urban buildings. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part discusses the source of the subject and the background of the research. The purpose and significance of the study, the definition of the scope of the study and the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad, the research content summarized and combed out the theoretical framework; the second part of Jiamusi city origin as the starting point, The three important periods of Jiamusi city and architecture development, the old city period, the pseudo-Manchu period and the "first five-year plan" period, the formation, development and spatial characteristics of the city were summarized and summarized in detail, which paved the way for the main points of this paper. The third part analyzes the formation and evolution of architectural styles of Jiamusi in various periods, the emergence and development of industrial buildings, and the detailed analysis of representative buildings. Part 4th investigates the remains of modern and modern architecture in Jiamusi. Analysis of its architectural characteristics, historical and cultural values. Based on the principle of protection, the protection method is proposed. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can make some contributions to the protection and reuse of the architectural remains of modern Jiamusi and provide basic research materials for the construction of regional characteristic cities.
