鋼纖維混凝土的拉壓比試驗

【摘要】:考慮鋼纖維體積率、混凝土基體強度和鋼纖維類型等參數(shù),采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件150 mm×150 mm×150 mm的立方體進行抗壓和劈裂抗拉試驗,分析各因素對混凝土拉壓比的影響.結(jié)果表明:鋼纖維能提高混凝土立方體抗壓強度和劈拉強度,顯著改善混凝土受壓和受拉破壞形態(tài),使其保持良好的整體性;鋼纖維的加入能提高混凝土的拉壓比,且拉壓比隨鋼纖維體積率的增加而逐漸加大,增幅最大達到27.4%;鋼纖維混凝土的拉壓比隨基體強度提高而減小,但對比素混凝土降幅明顯減小;波紋形鋼纖維和端鉤形鋼纖維均能提高混凝土的拉壓比,波紋形鋼纖維優(yōu)于端鉤形鋼纖維,而螺紋形鋼纖維最差,降低了混凝土的拉壓比.
[Abstract]:Considering the steel fiber volume ratio, concrete strength and steel fiber type and other parameters, using the standard sample of 150 mm * 150 mm * 150 mm cube compressive strength and splitting tensile test, analysis of the factors affecting the tensile compression ratio of concrete. The results show that steel fiber can improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength obviously, the improvement of concrete compressive and tensile failure form, to maintain good integrity; the addition of steel fiber can improve the tensile and compression ratio of concrete, and the tension compression ratio increases with the increase of steel fiber volume ratio and gradually increase, the largest increase reached 27.4%; ratio of compressive and tensile strength increased with the matrix of steel fiber reinforced concrete decreases, but the decline was significantly reduced compared with the plain concrete; corrugated steel fiber and hook steel fiber can increase the tension compression ratio of concrete, corrugated steel fiber is better than that of hooked steel fiber, and thread shaped steel fiber is the worst, reduce The ratio of tension to pressure of concrete.
