【摘要】:高性能泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土(以下簡(jiǎn)稱泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土)是用于處理地基填土施工、道路加寬等工程的一種全新的建筑材料,其輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)、隔熱、環(huán)保等特性優(yōu)越于傳統(tǒng)的混凝土材料,F(xiàn)階段泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的施工設(shè)備大多采用手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié),使得泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定。隨著國(guó)家對(duì)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的加強(qiáng),泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的應(yīng)用范圍越來(lái)越廣,與之相應(yīng)的施工工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也逐步提高,因此,針對(duì)泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工設(shè)備的技術(shù)性能提出了更高的要求。而現(xiàn)在計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,也為泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工信息化帶來(lái)了契機(jī)。將泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工技術(shù)與信息化結(jié)合,是泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工設(shè)備未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。本論文的泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工管理系統(tǒng)是在調(diào)研目前國(guó)內(nèi)外泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工設(shè)備的功能需求,依據(jù)軟件工程理論,以控制泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,提高施工效率為目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一款集動(dòng)態(tài)視頻監(jiān)控功能、施工質(zhì)量控制功能和設(shè)備管理功能的泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工管理系統(tǒng)。本論文主要開(kāi)展的工作如下:1、分析選題的研究背景和研究意義,調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土生產(chǎn)施工設(shè)備的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和施工信息化進(jìn)程;2、研究分析了泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的施工工藝,并且針對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中影響泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土質(zhì)量的施工工藝關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,為高性能泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)提供了思路;3、詳細(xì)描述高性能泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工管理系統(tǒng)的所需的功能要點(diǎn)信息,闡述施工管理的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯流程、系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)、開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)需求;4、完成整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的邏輯框架設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)闡述每一個(gè)子模塊的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容以及高性能泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容;5、基于以上的準(zhǔn)備工作,編寫代碼,實(shí)現(xiàn)高性能泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土施工管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)功能,以BIM三維建模為案例,進(jìn)行虛擬化施工,以截圖展示運(yùn)行情況。
[Abstract]:High performance foam lightweight concrete (hereinafter referred to as foamed lightweight concrete) is a new building material used for foundation filling construction, road widening, etc., its light weight, high strength, heat insulation, Environmental protection and other characteristics are superior to traditional concrete materials. At this stage, most of the construction equipment for light foamed concrete is manually adjusted, which makes the quality of foam lightweight concrete unstable. With the strengthening of the national infrastructure, The application range of foamed lightweight concrete is more and more extensive, and the corresponding construction technology standard is gradually improved, so, Higher requirements have been put forward for the technical performance of foam lightweight concrete construction equipment. But now the rapid development of computer technology, It also brings an opportunity for the construction information of foam lightweight concrete. In this paper, the construction management system of foam lightweight concrete is based on the investigation of domestic and foreign foam lightweight concrete construction equipment. The functional requirements of foam lightweight concrete construction equipment are analyzed. According to the theory of software engineering, a collection of dynamic video surveillance function is designed and realized in order to control the production quality of foam lightweight concrete and improve the construction efficiency. Construction quality control function and equipment management function of foam lightweight concrete construction management system. This paper investigates the development of foam lightweight concrete production equipment at home and abroad and the process of construction informatization. The construction technology of foam lightweight concrete is studied and analyzed. The key points and difficulties of the construction technology which affect the quality of light foamed concrete in the production process are analyzed. This paper provides a way of thinking for the design and development of the construction management system of high performance foam lightweight concrete, describes in detail the essential functional information needed for the construction management system of high performance foam lightweight concrete, and expounds the business logic flow of construction management. System development platform, development language and database system requirements 4, complete the logical framework design of the whole system, Elaborate the design content of each sub-module and design content of database of high performance foam lightweight concrete construction management system in detail. Based on the above preparation work, write code, The design function of high performance foam lightweight concrete construction management system is realized. Taking BIM 3D modeling as a case, virtual construction is carried out, and the running situation is shown by screenshots.
