基于雙鋼板組合剪力墻的高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系分析

【摘要】:雙鋼板-混凝土組合剪力墻住宅既具有自重輕、抗震性能優(yōu)良、施工速度快、使用率高等傳統(tǒng)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的優(yōu)勢,又兼具墻體布置靈活、不受建筑功能限制等特點(diǎn)。在國家大力倡導(dǎo)裝配式住宅、推進(jìn)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)綠色建筑發(fā)展和去產(chǎn)能過剩的大背景下,組合剪力墻住宅有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景;诒菊n題組提出的新型雙鋼板組合剪力墻,本文對此種結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用于高層住宅時(shí)的模型建立和結(jié)構(gòu)性能進(jìn)行了對比分析,為此類結(jié)構(gòu)體系的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了強(qiáng)有力的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)和理論指導(dǎo),推動(dòng)其健康快速發(fā)展。介紹剛度等效法并推導(dǎo)了將此材料混合型墻體轉(zhuǎn)換為單一材料墻體的等效公式;根據(jù)壓彎構(gòu)件極限狀態(tài)理論進(jìn)行組合墻體的整體穩(wěn)定分析,運(yùn)用能量法對組合墻體進(jìn)行局部穩(wěn)定分析,參考現(xiàn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范并結(jié)合前述理論研究對結(jié)構(gòu)抗震等級、組合墻厚和鋼板厚度的取值進(jìn)行了探究。以高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)體系研發(fā)這一課題為背景,將此雙鋼板組合剪力墻應(yīng)用于某32層住宅中并進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。運(yùn)用剛度等效建模方法建立等效模型,用有限元軟件建立實(shí)際模型,通過兩者分析結(jié)果對比以探究剛度等效建模方法的誤差和可行性。在前述工程背景基礎(chǔ)上建立了鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼框架-鋼板墻結(jié)構(gòu)對比模型。進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,探討振型參與系數(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)反應(yīng)的關(guān)系,并研究高階振型的影響量值和規(guī)律;通過反應(yīng)譜分析、彈性時(shí)程分析以及彈塑性階段的推覆分析,獲得雙鋼板-混凝土組合剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)和其他兩種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗震特點(diǎn)。對各結(jié)構(gòu)體系的風(fēng)荷載效應(yīng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行了分析;利用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)算量軟件STSL對雙鋼板-混凝土組合剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼框架-鋼板墻結(jié)構(gòu)的用鋼量進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和分析比較。
[Abstract]:Double-plate-concrete composite shear wall houses have the advantages of light weight, excellent seismic performance, fast construction speed, high utilization rate, and flexible wall arrangement. Under the background of promoting the development of green building and removing overcapacity of steel structure, the government strongly advocated the prefabricated housing, promoted the development of green building of steel structure and eliminated overcapacity. Composite shear wall housing has a broad prospect of development. Based on a new type of double steel plate composite shear wall proposed by our team, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the model building and structural performance of this kind of structure when it is applied to high-rise residential buildings. It provides a strong design basis and theoretical guidance for the practical application of this kind of structural system and promotes its healthy and rapid development. The equivalent stiffness method is introduced and the equivalent formula for converting the mixed wall with this material into a single material wall is derived. According to the ultimate state theory of compression and bending members, the whole stability analysis of composite wall is carried out, and the local stability of composite wall is analyzed by energy method. The seismic grade of composite wall is analyzed by referring to the current structural design code and combining with the previous theoretical study. The value of composite wall thickness and steel plate thickness is discussed. The double steel plate composite shear wall was applied to a 32-story house and the structure was designed. The equivalent model was established by using the method of equivalent stiffness modeling and the actual model was established by finite element software. In order to explore the error and feasibility of the equivalent stiffness modeling method, a comparison model of steel frame-braced structure and steel frame-steel plate wall structure is established on the basis of the above engineering background, and the modal analysis is carried out. The relationship between the mode participation coefficient and the structural response is discussed, and the influence value and law of the higher-order mode are studied, and the response spectrum analysis, elastic time history analysis and elastic-plastic stage nappe analysis are carried out. The aseismic characteristics of double-plate-concrete composite shear wall structure and other two structural systems are obtained. The wind load effect and economic efficiency of each structural system are analyzed. In this paper, the calculation and comparison of the steel quantity used in the double-plate-concrete composite shear wall structure, the steel frame-braced structure and the steel frame-steel plate wall structure are carried out by using the steel structure calculation software STSL.
