傳統(tǒng)木結(jié)構(gòu)單向直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角關(guān)系理論分析

【摘要】:以傳統(tǒng)木結(jié)構(gòu)中最簡單的單向直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)為研究對象,分析其受力機(jī)理,推導(dǎo)了單向直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角理論計(jì)算公式,并借助試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對該公式進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,理論計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好.以理論公式為基礎(chǔ),對影響單向直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)榫頭長度與柱徑之比小于1時(shí),榫頭長度的增加能顯著提高單向直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩和初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度;榫頭寬度的增加同樣能夠提高單向直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩以及初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度;摩擦系數(shù)的增大能夠在一定程度上提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)動彎矩,但對節(jié)點(diǎn)的初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度影響不大.研究結(jié)果可為傳統(tǒng)木結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能評估和修繕加固提供一定的參考.
[Abstract]:Taking the simplest unidirectional tenon joint in the traditional wood structure as the research object, the mechanical mechanism of the joint is analyzed, and the formula for calculating the rotational moment and rotation angle of the unidirectional straight tenon joint is derived, and the formula is verified by the experimental data. The theoretical results agree well with the experimental results. Based on the theoretical formula, the parameters affecting the rotational moment of unidirectional tenon joints are analyzed. The results show that when the ratio of tenon length to column diameter is less than 1:00, The increase of tenon length can significantly improve the rotational moment and initial rotational stiffness of unidirectional tenon joints, and the increase of tenon width can also improve the rotational moment and initial rotational stiffness of unidirectional joints. The increase of friction coefficient can improve the rotational moment of the joint to some extent, but has little effect on the initial rotational stiffness of the joint. The results of the study can provide a certain reference for the evaluation of seismic performance of the traditional wood structure and the repair and reinforcement of the joint.
