世紀(jì)花園施工組織設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)周期持續(xù)時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短決定了工程工期的在時(shí)間上獨(dú)有的特性,對(duì)工程的工期計(jì)劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改良必須切實(shí)有效地加強(qiáng)工程項(xiàng)目在進(jìn)度方面的控制和管理,科學(xué)合理的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃安排對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的進(jìn)程管理起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。本文以世紀(jì)花園項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制及優(yōu)化改進(jìn)實(shí)踐為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)參考國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理現(xiàn)狀和梳理各類(lèi)文獻(xiàn),專(zhuān)業(yè)書(shū)籍中工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃優(yōu)化的基本原理,對(duì)其施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的結(jié)構(gòu)分解、工序確定、時(shí)間計(jì)算、計(jì)劃編制和時(shí)間參數(shù)計(jì)算過(guò)程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹和剖析,開(kāi)展了針對(duì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的詳細(xì)優(yōu)化工作,對(duì)該方案的實(shí)際優(yōu)化的效果進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,對(duì)該方案中出現(xiàn)的盲目壓縮工期、資源沖突等問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行了剖析和反思,提出了例如科學(xué)合理壓縮工期、資源平衡配置安排、提高人員素質(zhì)、加強(qiáng)管理培訓(xùn)等有效的改進(jìn)措施與建議,期望以此來(lái)大幅度提高工程進(jìn)度方案管理控制的有效性?茖W(xué)有效的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)方案可以使工程建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)速度快、質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)、成本低的目標(biāo),在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得有利的位置。網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程規(guī)劃管理關(guān)鍵是流程之間的邏輯關(guān)系,并準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算出精確的網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖表達(dá)不同的時(shí)間設(shè)置。要通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃合理調(diào)整施工設(shè)計(jì)方案,壓縮關(guān)鍵路徑上的時(shí)間可以有效地縮短工期,而且費(fèi)用可以適當(dāng)調(diào)整。時(shí)間上的科學(xué)有序不能能順利引導(dǎo)施工,還能減少在施工過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題的數(shù)量,以保證施工的順利完成。
[Abstract]:The duration of the construction period of the project determines the unique characteristics of the construction period. The optimization and improvement of the project duration plan must effectively strengthen the control and management of the progress of the project. The scientific and reasonable schedule arrangement plays an important role in the process management of the progress of the project. This paper focuses on the preparation of the construction schedule of the Century Garden Project and the optimization and improvement of the project. By referring to the status quo of project schedule management at home and abroad and combing the basic principles of engineering schedule optimization in professional books, the structure decomposition, working procedure determination, time calculation of the construction progress plan are analyzed. The process of planning and time parameter calculation is introduced and analyzed in detail. The detailed optimization work for schedule is carried out. The effect of practical optimization of this scheme is analyzed in detail. This paper analyzes and reflects on the causes of resource conflict, and puts forward some effective improvement measures and suggestions, such as scientific and reasonable reduction of time limit, arrangement of balanced allocation of resources, improvement of personnel quality, strengthening of management training, etc. It is expected that the effectiveness of project schedule management and control can be greatly improved. A scientific and effective construction organization design scheme can make the project achieve the goals of high speed, excellent quality and low cost. The key to network engineering planning and management is the logical relationship between the processes, and accurately calculate the exact network diagram to express different time settings. The construction design scheme should be adjusted reasonably through the network plan. Shortening the time on the critical path can effectively shorten the construction period, and the cost can be adjusted appropriately. The scientific and orderly time can not guide the construction smoothly, and can also reduce the number of problems encountered in the construction process. To ensure the smooth completion of the construction.
