【摘要】：成本管理、質(zhì)量管理以及進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目管理的三大目標(biāo),也是決定項(xiàng)目能否成功的關(guān)鍵因素。但是,從我國(guó)中小建筑企業(yè)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況來(lái)看,在對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法及工具的應(yīng)用方面還存在著一些問(wèn)題。而如何提高項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平,是許多企業(yè)急需解決的問(wèn)題。論文首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度動(dòng)態(tài)管理的概念進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié),對(duì)影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的因素進(jìn)行了歸納。形成了分析青劍湖F區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的理論基礎(chǔ)。然后,論文概述了青劍湖F區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目的概況,包括項(xiàng)目組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人員配備、項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),闡述了該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的方法,工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解情況,對(duì)項(xiàng)目工期進(jìn)行了估算,繪制了項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖,編制了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。接著,論文運(yùn)用了掙得值法對(duì)青劍湖F區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了動(dòng)態(tài)控制。通過(guò)對(duì)不同時(shí)點(diǎn)的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行檢查,將檢查結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行掙得值分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目從第45天開(kāi)始略有延誤。最后,論文分析了青劍湖F區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的影響因素,并給出了改進(jìn)的對(duì)策措施,包括組織保證措施、經(jīng)濟(jì)措施、施工機(jī)械及物資保障措施、安全管理的保障措施、全面協(xié)調(diào)對(duì)工程進(jìn)度的保障措施等。論文為蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)唯亭鎮(zhèn)房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)公司構(gòu)建了一套實(shí)用、系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃及控制流程,對(duì)于其在今后有類似項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理需求的項(xiàng)目有著重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Cost management, quality management and schedule management are the three goals of project management, and are also the key factors to determine the success of the project. There are still some problems in the application of project schedule management methods and tools. How to improve the level of project schedule management is an urgent problem for many enterprises. This paper expounds the concept of project schedule dynamic management, summarizes the methods of project schedule planning, summarizes the factors influencing the project schedule, and forms the theoretical basis for the analysis of project schedule control in Qingjian Lake F area. This paper summarizes the general situation of the project in Qingjian Lake F area, including the project organization structure, staffing, the characteristics of the project, expounds the method of making the schedule of the project, the breakdown of the work structure, and estimates the duration of the project. The project network plan is drawn up, and the project schedule is worked out. Then, the paper uses the earned value method to dynamically control the progress of the project in Qingjian Lake F area. By analyzing the data of the inspection results, we find that the project is delayed from the 45th day. Finally, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the progress of the project in Qingjian Lake F area, and gives the improved countermeasures, including the organizational guarantee measures. Economic measures, construction machinery and material support measures, safety management safeguards, overall coordination of the project progress protection measures, etc. The paper for Suzhou Industrial Park Weting Town Real Estate Development Company to build a set of practical, The project schedule and control flow of the system have important reference value for the project with similar project schedule management requirements in the future.
