京津冀城際鐵路旅客出行特征對沿線城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃的影響

【摘要】:在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展及區(qū)域交通一體化發(fā)展的背景下,京津冀城際鐵路建設(shè)進入了快速發(fā)展期。城際鐵路通過線路和站點的設(shè)置改變了沿線城鎮(zhèn)居民的出行方式,這不僅影響了人們未來的生活方式,也對城市建設(shè)和城市發(fā)展提出了新的要求,那么城市規(guī)劃應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對,做出哪些調(diào)整?這是當(dāng)代中國城市規(guī)劃師面臨的重要課題。本文基于城際鐵路旅客出行特征,結(jié)合當(dāng)前城市發(fā)展特征及未來發(fā)展方向,探討沿線城鎮(zhèn)如何應(yīng)對城際鐵路帶來的影響及挑戰(zhàn)。文章從城際鐵路使用者“人”的角度出發(fā),分析城際鐵路與城市發(fā)展的互動關(guān)系,研究內(nèi)容主要關(guān)注城際鐵路旅客的出行特征和沿線城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃應(yīng)對兩個方面。文章首先通過對1500位城際鐵路旅客的實證調(diào)查,分析歸納城際鐵路影響下的旅客出行行為特征,文章著重分析了通勤旅客、商務(wù)旅客、個人相關(guān)事務(wù)旅客的時空使用特征,并闡述城際鐵路旅客與城市空間、交通等要素之間相互影響的機制以及城際鐵路對城市發(fā)展的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章還結(jié)合城際鐵路與設(shè)站城市整合發(fā)展的實踐案例,梳理現(xiàn)階段城際鐵路沿線城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃建設(shè)存在的問題,并對設(shè)站城市在站點選址、功能定位、土地利用、綜合發(fā)展等規(guī)劃要點上提出建議。最后基于城際鐵路旅客的出行特征,結(jié)合旅客出行行為與城市相互作用的機制,對城際鐵路沿線城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃提出建議,為今后京津冀城際鐵路建設(shè)和沿線城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供相關(guān)的參考和建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the integration of regional transportation, the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inter-city railway has entered a period of rapid development. The inter-city railway has changed the travel mode of urban residents along the line through the setting of lines and stations. This not only affects people's way of life in the future, but also puts forward new requirements for urban construction and urban development, so how should urban planning respond and what adjustments should be made? This is an important task facing contemporary Chinese urban planners. Based on the characteristics of intercity railway passenger travel, this paper combines the characteristics of current urban development and the future development direction. This paper discusses how cities and towns along the route deal with the impact and challenges brought about by inter-city railway. From the point of view of "human", this paper analyzes the interactive relationship between inter-city railway and urban development. The research mainly focuses on the travel characteristics of intercity railway passengers and the planning of cities and towns along the city. Firstly, through the empirical investigation of 1500 intercity railway passengers, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of passenger travel behavior under the influence of inter-city railway. The article analyzes the characteristics of space and time usage of commuter, business passenger, personal related affairs passenger, and expounds intercity railway passenger and city space. On the basis of this, the paper also combines the practical cases of the integration and development of intercity railway and the city with stations, and the mechanism of interaction between traffic and other factors, as well as the influence of inter-city railway on urban development. This paper combs the problems existing in the planning and construction of cities along the intercity railway at present, and puts forward some suggestions on siting, function positioning, land use and comprehensive development of the station setting cities. Finally, based on the travel characteristics of intercity railway passengers, Based on the mechanism of interaction between passenger travel behavior and cities, suggestions are put forward for the planning of cities and towns along inter-city railways, which will provide relevant references and suggestions for the future construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei inter-city railway and the development planning of towns along the lines.
