【摘要】：對(duì)8組膠黏劑進(jìn)行產(chǎn)煙毒性試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:8組膠黏劑中有5組達(dá)不到ZA2級(jí)煙氣毒性的要求,市售膠黏劑的產(chǎn)煙毒性質(zhì)量狀況不容樂觀。為了能夠讓膠黏劑向著環(huán)保、無毒方向發(fā)展,建議從以下幾個(gè)方面著手:在《建筑材料及制品燃燒性能分級(jí)》等相關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中將煙氣毒性列入強(qiáng)制檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目;參考國(guó)外的檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),出臺(tái)更科學(xué)的評(píng)判煙氣毒性等級(jí)的檢測(cè)方法,將煙氣毒性上升到量化分析和成分分析;加大市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管力度,規(guī)范市場(chǎng)秩序,保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,激發(fā)行業(yè)潛力,促進(jìn)膠黏劑行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tobacco-producing toxicity test was carried out on 8 groups of adhesives. The results showed that 5 out of 8 groups of adhesives could not meet the requirements of ZA2 grade smoke toxicity, and the quality of smoke production toxicity of marketable adhesives was not optimistic. In the direction of nontoxic development, it is suggested to start with the following aspects: to include flue gas toxicity in the relevant national standards, such as combustible performance classification of building materials and products, as well as to refer to foreign testing standards, To introduce more scientific testing methods for judging the grade of flue gas toxicity, to increase the toxicity of flue gas to quantitative analysis and component analysis, to strengthen market supervision, to standardize market order, to ensure product quality, and to stimulate the potential of the industry. Promote the healthy development of adhesive industry.
