上海市綜合體項目基坑及周邊環(huán)境監(jiān)測分析

【摘要】:城鎮(zhèn)化速度的提高、經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展使得城市土地資源相對緊缺,因此為獲得更大的收益和面積利用率,越來越多的項目開始向地下空間進行發(fā)展。尤其對于城市而言,深基坑工程常處在密集的道路橋梁、交通管線、既有建筑和人防工程附近,雖然是臨時施工,但其技術(shù)復雜性遠非永久性的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)和上部構(gòu)造所能比擬,稍不注意,便會造成嚴重的損害后果,在危害深基坑本身安全的同時還會對后續(xù)工程的安全性埋下潛藏著的禍患,更有甚者,還會禍及臨近的其他地下設(shè)施、構(gòu)筑物以及道路橋梁等。因此,必須對基坑工程的安全施工要求越來越嚴格,尤其是在施工過程中對基坑圍護結(jié)構(gòu)和周邊環(huán)境的觀測上,動態(tài)的監(jiān)測可以真實地反映基坑施工過程中的變形狀況,及時幫助施工方了解施工效果,保證基坑的施工安全。本論文首先分析基坑工程的主要特點,指出了我國基坑施工存在的問題和發(fā)展趨勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了論文研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法以及研究的意義,并以上海市城市綜合體基坑工程項目為背景,闡述了基坑工程的施工方案、支護體系和基坑周邊環(huán)境狀況,基于上海市城市綜合體項目基坑工程施工安全及對周圍環(huán)境影響的監(jiān)測方案進行了深入探討,利用現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測的數(shù)據(jù),進行有效整理,從而將支護結(jié)構(gòu)水平位移、支撐軸力、豎向位移、地表及周邊沉降及地下水位隨時間變化的時程曲線圖繪制出來,并且分別對各個監(jiān)測項目的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析總結(jié)。現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明,基坑開挖過程中,內(nèi)支撐所處的位置和基坑的開挖深度與支護結(jié)構(gòu)水平位移的大小聯(lián)系十分密切。在基坑開挖期間,地表呈現(xiàn)出具有一定的空間效應的沉降變化,其特點是兩側(cè)的沉降量較小,而中部的沉降量則較大。坡頂沉降較墻頂及周邊沉降大,整體沉降監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明,基坑開挖期間地表和建筑物沉降均未超過警戒值,基坑工程施工的動態(tài)監(jiān)控有效的保證了基坑工程的安全。
[Abstract]:With the increase of urbanization speed and the development of economy, urban land resources are relatively scarce, so more and more projects begin to develop into underground space in order to obtain greater income and area utilization ratio, especially for cities. Deep foundation pit works are often located in the vicinity of dense roads, bridges, traffic pipelines, existing buildings and civil air defense projects. Although they are temporary construction, their technical complexity is far from being comparable to permanent infrastructure and superstructures. It will result in serious damage, endangering the safety of the deep foundation pit itself, and at the same time burying hidden hazards in the safety of the subsequent projects, and, worse, other underground facilities nearby. Therefore, it is necessary to make more and more strict requirements for the safe construction of foundation pit engineering, especially in the observation of the surrounding structure and surrounding environment of the foundation pit during the construction process. Dynamic monitoring can truly reflect the deformation during foundation pit construction, help the construction side to understand the construction effect and ensure the construction safety in time. This paper first analyzes the main characteristics of foundation pit engineering. The problems and development trend of foundation pit construction in China are pointed out. On the basis of this, the main contents, methods and significance of the research are put forward, and the background of the foundation pit engineering project of Shanghai urban complex is presented. The construction scheme, supporting system and surrounding environment of foundation pit are expounded. Based on the safety of foundation pit construction of Shanghai City complex Project and the monitoring scheme of its impact on the surrounding environment, this paper makes a deep discussion on the construction safety of the foundation pit and the monitoring scheme of its impact on the surrounding environment. Based on the monitoring data, the time history curves of horizontal displacement, support axial force, vertical displacement, surface and surrounding subsidence and groundwater level change with time are plotted out. And the monitoring data of each monitoring project are analyzed and summarized respectively. The field monitoring results show that during the excavation of foundation pit, The position of the inner support and the excavation depth of the foundation pit are closely related to the horizontal displacement of the supporting structure. During the excavation of the foundation pit, the ground surface presents a certain spatial effect of settlement change, which is characterized by the small settlement on both sides. The settlement of the middle part of the slope is larger than that of the top of the wall and the surrounding settlement. The result of the whole settlement monitoring shows that the settlement of the ground surface and the building is not over the warning value during the excavation of the foundation pit. The dynamic monitoring of foundation pit construction effectively ensures the safety of foundation pit engineering.
