【摘要】：綠色街道是當(dāng)前歐美國(guó)家研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,其不僅僅具有重要的生態(tài)效益,在改善交通環(huán)境質(zhì)量、提倡綠色出行等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域都具有重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值。目前在我國(guó)還處于研究的起步階段,但是隨著國(guó)內(nèi)綠色發(fā)展理念的興起,未來(lái)城市的發(fā)展將是向著城市空間優(yōu)化、品質(zhì)提升的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展方向的轉(zhuǎn)變,而綠色街道作為可操作性較強(qiáng)的城市空間優(yōu)化的重要措施將會(huì)迎來(lái)更多的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的研究來(lái)看,綠色街道在理論和技術(shù)的研究方面還缺乏系統(tǒng)性的研究方法,本文就構(gòu)建綠色街道設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)體系的方法及應(yīng)用研究,不僅完善了綠色街道的理論研究?jī)?nèi)容,對(duì)于推進(jìn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展同樣具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色街道相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)一步明確了綠色街道的基本概念和設(shè)計(jì)的研究?jī)?nèi)容,提出綠色街道實(shí)質(zhì)是以綠色發(fā)展觀念為指導(dǎo),基于環(huán)境友好的方式來(lái)解決街道空間的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合具體的實(shí)際問(wèn)題和綠色發(fā)展理念的要求,詳細(xì)構(gòu)建了綠色街道的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)體系,提出交通設(shè)計(jì)、生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)、空間設(shè)計(jì)三大設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)類別,并依據(jù)綠色街道的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和指標(biāo)量化數(shù)據(jù)的借鑒和參考實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)體系的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。本文以綠色街道步行空間設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)的篩選、構(gòu)建及建立指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為研究的核心內(nèi)容,并且基于綠色街道步行空間的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)合肥市臨泉東路的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)估。通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,進(jìn)一步論證了綠色街道步行空間設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)的可行性和必要性。
[Abstract]:Green street is a hot issue in European and American countries. It not only has important ecological benefits, but also improves the quality of traffic environment. The promotion of green travel and other related fields have important research value. At present, it is still in the initial stage of research in China, but with the rise of the concept of green development in China, the future urban development will be to the urban space optimization. The change of connotation development direction of quality improvement, and green street as an important measure of urban space optimization with strong maneuverability will ushered in more practical application. There is no systematic research method of green street in theory and technology. This paper not only perfect the theoretical research content of green street, but also study the method and application of constructing index system of green street design. It is also of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the sustainable development of cities. On the basis of summarizing the relevant research on green streets at home and abroad, this paper further clarifies the basic concepts and design contents of green streets. It is put forward that the essence of green street is to solve the practical problems of street space in an environmentally friendly way under the guidance of the concept of green development. On this basis, combined with the concrete practical problems and the requirements of the concept of green development, The design index system of green street is constructed in detail, and three design index categories of traffic design, ecological design and space design are put forward. According to the evaluation criteria of green street and the reference and reference of quantitative data, the design index system is further optimized. In this paper, the design index of green street walking space is selected. The construction and establishment of index evaluation standard is the core content of the research, and based on the design index and evaluation standard of green street walking space, the present situation of Linquan East Road in Hefei City is evaluated. Through the practical application of design index and evaluation standard, The feasibility and necessity of green street walking space design index are further demonstrated.
