【摘要】：隨著老年人口的日益增長(zhǎng),我國老齡化問題日益嚴(yán)重。在當(dāng)下這種環(huán)境下,提高老年人精神生活質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為一項(xiàng)新的研究課題。但是目前在我國的現(xiàn)狀是致力于解決好老年人的居住問題,在精神層次的關(guān)愛還不夠,老年問題亦是社會(huì)問題,迫切的需要進(jìn)行解決。本課題是以人口老齡化為研究背景,以社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心為研究對(duì)象,定位于長(zhǎng)春市社區(qū)。通過調(diào)查長(zhǎng)春市典型社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心的存在現(xiàn)狀,可知老年群體對(duì)社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心的認(rèn)知度和建議,分析老年人對(duì)社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心的使用情況以及老年人的基本需求;在此基礎(chǔ)上以適老化問題作為研究主線,探討長(zhǎng)春市社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),分別從老年人的生理特征、心理特征以及行為特征出發(fā),分析其影響因素,提出社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心適老化原則以及適老化設(shè)計(jì)方法,最終通過對(duì)湖東社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心適老化進(jìn)行實(shí)踐改造,提出有待解決的問題以及可行性建議。第一章主要是緒論部分,介紹研究背景及相關(guān)概念、研究框架;第二章主要是對(duì)長(zhǎng)春社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心發(fā)展?fàn)顩r研究,主要介紹長(zhǎng)春市老齡化歷史進(jìn)程及趨勢(shì),社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心發(fā)展歷程,長(zhǎng)春市社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心的功能等幾部分;第三章是對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心的基本情況調(diào)研及其影響因素分析,在基本情況調(diào)研中主要分為兩個(gè)部分,分別是新城區(qū)和老城區(qū),新城區(qū)為長(zhǎng)春經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)和高新區(qū),老城區(qū)為綠園區(qū)和朝陽區(qū)。從而能夠有效全面的分析當(dāng)下長(zhǎng)春社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心的存在問題以及老年人的使用情況及需求;第四章是長(zhǎng)春社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心適老化設(shè)計(jì)方法及實(shí)踐,根據(jù)調(diào)研現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法;然后進(jìn)行實(shí)踐設(shè)計(jì),通過實(shí)踐設(shè)計(jì)來解決問題。最后,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市典型社區(qū)活動(dòng)中心調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并提出展望,為我國老年事業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)一份微薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the elderly population, the aging problem in China is becoming more and more serious. Improving the quality of spiritual life of the elderly has become a new research topic. However, the present situation in our country is devoted to solving the living problems of the elderly, the caring for the elderly at the spiritual level is not enough, and the problem of the elderly is also a social problem. It is urgent to solve this problem. This topic is based on the background of population aging, the community activity center as the research object, and the community in Changchun. By investigating the existing situation of typical community activity center in Changchun, this paper discusses the existing situation of the typical community activity center in Changchun. We can know the cognition and suggestion of the elderly group to the community activity center, analyze the use of the community activity center and the basic needs of the old people, and take the problem of suitable aging as the main line of the research on this basis. This paper probes into the development trend of community activity center in Changchun City, analyzes the influencing factors from the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly, and puts forward the principle of appropriate aging and the design method of suitable aging for community activity center. Finally, through the practical transformation of the Hudong Community activity Center, the problems to be solved and feasibility suggestions are put forward. The first chapter is the introduction part, introduces the research background and related concepts, research framework; The second chapter is mainly to Changchun community activity center development situation research, mainly introduces Changchun city aging historical process and the trend, community activity center development history, Changchun community activity center function and so on several parts; The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of Changchun community activity center and its influencing factors. In the basic investigation, it is divided into two parts, namely, the new urban area and the old one, and the new urban area is the Changchun Economic Development Zone and the High-tech Zone. The old urban area is green park and Chaoyang district. Therefore, it can effectively and comprehensively analyze the existing problems of Changchun community activity center and the use and needs of the elderly. Chapter 4th is the design method and practice of Changchun community activity center suitable for aging. According to the current situation of investigation and analysis, put forward the corresponding design method; then carry on the practical design, through the practical design to solve the problem. Finally, the research results of Changchun typical community activity center are summarized, and the prospect is put forward. Contribute a modest contribution to the development of the cause of the elderly in our country.
