【摘要】：正1普通中的不普通劉宇揚建筑事務(wù)所(ALYA)設(shè)計的北京西店記憶文創(chuàng)小鎮(zhèn)啟動區(qū)項目(以下簡稱西店項目),面臨如下設(shè)計條件:1)摸著石頭過河的商業(yè)開發(fā)——一個受到現(xiàn)行農(nóng)村集體土地建設(shè)用地政策限制下的商業(yè)項目,從整體到微觀,功能定位一直游移,但又需要快速設(shè)計、快速建造、快速開業(yè);2)存量時代的改造設(shè)計——對一組村建舊廠房進行改造,不是出于歷史保護原因,而是由于現(xiàn)行法規(guī)要求新建筑必須在"已有舊建筑外輪廓內(nèi)"操作不得越界;3)無特點、有缺陷的基
[Abstract]:Beijing Xidian memory Wenchuang Town Start-up area Project (hereinafter referred to as Xidian Project, facing the following design conditions: 1) Commercial development of crossing the river by touching a stone.
