高強(qiáng)鋼S460和S690火災(zāi)后力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:火災(zāi)后,材料力學(xué)性能的退化是導(dǎo)致鋼結(jié)構(gòu)火災(zāi)后承載力降低的主要因素.通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究高強(qiáng)鋼S460和S690過(guò)火冷卻至常溫后的力學(xué)性能,得到過(guò)火高溫對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼S460和S690的彈性模量、屈服強(qiáng)度、極限強(qiáng)度及應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線(xiàn)的影響規(guī)律,并與普通鋼火災(zāi)后力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比.結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)過(guò)火溫度低于600℃時(shí),S460和S690冷卻后可恢復(fù)其基本力學(xué)性能;當(dāng)過(guò)火溫度超過(guò)600℃后,甚至高達(dá)1 000℃時(shí),高強(qiáng)鋼S460仍可恢復(fù)其常溫下75%以上的力學(xué)性能,而S690僅可恢復(fù)其常溫下64.5%的彈性模量、38.1%的屈服強(qiáng)度及57.3%的極限強(qiáng)度;高強(qiáng)鋼火災(zāi)后力學(xué)性能與普通鋼不同.通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)值擬合,給出可準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)S460和S690火災(zāi)后力學(xué)性能剩余程度的預(yù)測(cè)公式,可用于指導(dǎo)含高強(qiáng)鋼S460和S690構(gòu)件的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)火災(zāi)后檢測(cè)與鑒定,并為相關(guān)規(guī)范的修訂提供參考依據(jù).
[Abstract]:The degradation of mechanical properties of materials after fire is the main factor leading to the reduction of the bearing capacity of steel structures after fire. The mechanical properties of high strength steel S460 and S690 after overfire cooling to normal temperature are studied through experiments. The effects of overfire and high temperature on the elastic modulus, yield strength, ultimate strength and stress-strain curves of high strength steel S460 and S690 were obtained. The basic mechanical properties of S460 and S690 can be recovered after cooling when the overfire temperature is lower than 600 鈩,
