【摘要】：在經濟快速發(fā)展的腳步下,城市化的進程不斷加快,城市建設在不斷向外擴展的同時,城市舊居住區(qū)的更新問題沒有得到重視,舊居住區(qū)目前仍然是城市組成的重要部分,具有占據面積大、影響城市人文環(huán)境和城市風貌的特點。除此之外,舊居住區(qū)里老年人所占的比重要大于新建居住區(qū),舊居住區(qū)還承擔了城市部分老齡人群居家養(yǎng)老的重任。由于舊居住區(qū)建設之初受當時需求和規(guī)劃理念的影響,并未考慮到居住區(qū)后期居民日益增長的生活需求和養(yǎng)老需求,居住區(qū)內設施陳舊落后、室外環(huán)境簡陋凌亂、綠化面積不足等問題對老年人的生活造成不便。本課題闡述了國內外舊居住區(qū)的發(fā)展歷程,了解舊居住區(qū)外環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀形成的社會原因,從老年人的生理、心理、和日�；顒拥慕嵌瘸霭l(fā),研究老年人對室外環(huán)境的心理需求,梳理老年人的人體尺度與居住區(qū)室外環(huán)境之間的關系,探索適合老年人的活動尺度的室外環(huán)境;并且選取三個有代表性的居住區(qū),利用走訪觀察法、問卷調查搜集、視頻拍照等方法對舊居住區(qū)室外空間環(huán)境進行實地調研,歸納整理出舊居住區(qū)現(xiàn)存問題和居民的對居住區(qū)外環(huán)境滿意度反饋報告,在此基礎之上,從舊居住區(qū)的室外活動空間、室外環(huán)境設施、景觀綠化設計三個方面闡述適老化的更新的策略。隨著城市人口老齡化等形勢的日益嚴峻,創(chuàng)造宜居宜老的社區(qū)環(huán)境既對舊居住區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展有一定推動作用,對發(fā)展適老化景觀環(huán)境空間,提升舊居住區(qū)老年人生活質量、增加老年人的內心安全感也有現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization is speeding up, and the urban construction is expanding outwards. At the same time, no attention has been paid to the renewal of the old residential areas, and the old residential areas are still an important part of the urban composition. In addition, the proportion of the old people in the old residential areas is more important than that in the new residential areas. The old residential areas also bear the heavy burden of providing for the aged at home for some elderly people in urban areas. Since the construction of the old residential areas was initially affected by the demand at that time and the planning idea, it did not take into account the increasing living and old-age needs of the residents in the later stage of the residential areas. The old and backward facilities in the residential area, the unruly outdoor environment and the insufficient greening area cause inconvenience to the elderly. This paper expounds the development course of the old residential area at home and abroad. To understand the social causes of the present situation of the external environment in the old residential areas, and to study the psychological needs of the elderly for the outdoor environment from the perspective of the physiology, psychology and daily activities of the elderly, Combing the relationship between the human body scale and outdoor environment of residential area, exploring the outdoor environment suitable for the elderly, and selecting three representative residential areas, using the method of visiting and observing, collecting questionnaires, On the basis of the field investigation of outdoor space environment in old residential area, the existing problems of old residential area and the feedback report of residents' satisfaction with the outer environment of residential area are summarized, and on this basis, from the outdoor activity space of old residential area, Three aspects of outdoor environmental facilities and landscape greening design are elaborated on the renewal strategy of suitable aging. With the aging of the urban population, creating a livable and suitable community environment can promote the sustainable development of the old residential area. It is also of practical significance to develop the suitable aging landscape environment space, to improve the quality of life of the elderly in the old residential area and to increase the inner security of the elderly.
