【摘要】：埃因霍溫是世界著名電器制造公司飛利浦的發(fā)源地和生產(chǎn)基地,也是歐洲最重要的工業(yè)城市之一。隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)格局的調整,飛利浦生產(chǎn)基地逐步轉移至發(fā)展中國家,在埃因霍溫留下了大量閑置工業(yè)建筑。在過去的十年中,埃因霍溫開展了對飛利浦Strijp-S工業(yè)區(qū)的改造,將其轉型為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集區(qū)和創(chuàng)意生活區(qū),為地區(qū)復興樹立了典范。本文對這一過程進行了回顧,分析提煉了其轉型更新過程的經(jīng)驗啟示,以期對我國的工業(yè)城市復興能有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:Eindhoven is the birthplace and production base of Philips, a world famous electrical appliance manufacturing company, and one of the most important industrial cities in Europe. With the adjustment of industrial pattern, Philips production base has been gradually transferred to developing countries. Eindhoven has left a lot of unused industrial buildings in Eindhoven. Over the past decade, Eindhoven has carried out a transformation of the Philips Strijp-S Industrial Zone, transforming it into a creative industrial agglomeration and creative living area. This paper reviews the process, analyses and refines the experience and enlightenment of the process of transformation and renewal, in the hope that it can be used for reference in the revival of industrial cities in China.
