【摘要】：文章從城鄉(xiāng)體系演進(jìn)的角度切入,以上海市浦東新區(qū)為例,對(duì)"十三五"期間城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃的新趨勢(shì)和新思路提出建議。指出"網(wǎng)絡(luò)—節(jié)點(diǎn)"式的新型城鄉(xiāng)體系較之傳統(tǒng)的層級(jí)化城鄉(xiāng)體系,更能適應(yīng)"十三五"期間我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展需求及其規(guī)劃應(yīng)對(duì);進(jìn)一步提出郊區(qū)新城是"十三五"期間城鄉(xiāng)體系的核心元素,公共中心、交通和生態(tài)等體系是城鄉(xiāng)體系的有力支撐;此外,賦予城鄉(xiāng)體系各成分"更新、轉(zhuǎn)型、機(jī)遇"等地區(qū)發(fā)展主題,實(shí)施差異化策略,也是"十三五"期間因地制宜指導(dǎo)城鄉(xiāng)體系演進(jìn)的創(chuàng)新理念。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the evolution of the urban and rural system, the article takes the Pudong New area of Shanghai as an example. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the new trends and new ideas of urban and rural planning during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. It points out that the "network-node" type new urban-rural system is more advanced than the traditional hierarchical urban-rural system. It can better meet the needs of urban and rural development and its planning during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and further put forward that the suburban New City is the core element of the urban and rural system during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and the public center, transportation and ecological systems are the strong support of the urban and rural system. In addition, giving urban and rural system components "renewal, transformation, opportunity" and other regional development themes, and implementing differentiation strategy are also innovative ideas to guide the evolution of urban and rural system according to local conditions during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
