【摘要】:通過(guò)球?qū)ΨQ問(wèn)題的應(yīng)變協(xié)調(diào)方程、滲流理論、統(tǒng)一強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則和相關(guān)聯(lián)流動(dòng)法則分析了球孔擴(kuò)張問(wèn)題.首先,根據(jù)滲流理論推導(dǎo)出了球?qū)ΨQ狀態(tài)下的球孔擴(kuò)張的超孔隙水壓力分布公式,確定了考慮滲流影響的球形孔擴(kuò)張問(wèn)題的應(yīng)力場(chǎng)、應(yīng)變場(chǎng)和位移場(chǎng)的基本公式.利用位移公式,結(jié)合塑性區(qū)球孔孔壁位移,推導(dǎo)了球孔初始半徑a0,擴(kuò)孔半徑a和對(duì)應(yīng)的塑性區(qū)半徑rp三者的理論關(guān)系式.利用該關(guān)系式和其他相關(guān)公式給出了求解球孔擴(kuò)張問(wèn)題的具體求解方法.通過(guò)該方法求得具體問(wèn)題的應(yīng)力場(chǎng)、應(yīng)變場(chǎng)和位移場(chǎng).總之,通過(guò)擴(kuò)孔壓力p、初始孔徑a0和擴(kuò)孔孔徑a這三者中的任意兩者可求得具體問(wèn)題的擴(kuò)孔壓力、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)和位移場(chǎng)等.最后分析了一個(gè)計(jì)算實(shí)例的主要參量、應(yīng)力場(chǎng)、位移場(chǎng).
[Abstract]:The problem of spherical hole expansion is analyzed by the strain coordination equation of spherical symmetry problem, seepage theory, unified strength criterion and associated flow rule. According to the seepage theory, the distribution formula of excess pore water pressure of spherical hole expansion under spherical symmetry is derived, and the basic formulas of stress field, strain field and displacement field of spherical hole expansion problem considering the influence of percolation are determined. Combined with the displacement of the spherical hole wall in the plastic zone, The theoretical relations of the initial radius of spherical hole a, the radius of reaming hole a and the corresponding radius of plastic zone RP are derived. By using this relation and other relevant formulas, a concrete solution to the problem of spherical hole expansion is given. The stress field of the concrete problem is obtained by the method. Strain field and displacement field. In a word, the pressure, stress field and displacement field of the specific problem can be obtained by any two of the three factors, namely, the reaming pressure p, the initial aperture a 0 and the reaming aperture a. Finally, the main parameters of a calculation example are analyzed. Stress field, displacement field.
