不同溫度下礦渣-水泥復(fù)合膠凝體系水化反應(yīng)特性研究

【摘要】:研究了不同水化溫度對(duì)礦渣-水泥復(fù)合膠凝體系水化反應(yīng)特性的影響。研究表明:隨著水化溫度的降低,復(fù)合膠凝體系的水化放熱速率、非蒸發(fā)水含量、強(qiáng)度均呈現(xiàn)出降低的趨勢(shì),負(fù)溫條件下復(fù)合膠凝體系的水化反應(yīng)特性與常溫一致;通過(guò)計(jì)算獲取各個(gè)階段的反應(yīng)速率曲線,可較好地對(duì)由量熱實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)繪制的復(fù)合膠凝體系實(shí)際水化速率dα/dt曲線進(jìn)行分段的模擬;將不同溫度下復(fù)合膠凝體系水化放熱量的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換為水化反應(yīng)程度α,對(duì)既有模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)有模型可較準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測(cè)低溫下復(fù)合膠凝體系的水化反應(yīng)程度。
[Abstract]:The effects of different hydration temperatures on the hydration reaction characteristics of slag cement composite cementitious system were studied. The results showed that with the decrease of hydration temperature, the hydration heat release rate and non-evaporative water content of the composite cementing system were decreased. The hydration reaction characteristics of the composite gelling system under negative temperature are consistent with those of normal temperature, and the reaction rate curves of each stage are obtained by calculation. The actual hydration rate d 偽 / DT curve drawn from the calorimetric experimental data can be well simulated. The hydration heat release data of composite cementing system at different temperatures were converted into hydration reaction degree 偽, and the existing models were verified. The results show that the existing models can accurately predict the hydration reaction degree of composite cementing system at low temperature.
