起重機用永磁電機等效熱阻法瞬態(tài)溫度場計算

【摘要】:對起重機用細(xì)長型外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電機瞬態(tài)溫度場計算分析,由于細(xì)長型特殊結(jié)構(gòu),銅損耗約占總損耗的90%;同時定子繞組處于電機中心,散熱能力差,溫升計算成為永磁電機設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。以采用S3工作制40%通電持續(xù)率對起重機用永磁電機進(jìn)行溫升考核,建立了起重機用永磁電機的瞬態(tài)等效熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。重點分析了影響瞬態(tài)熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)準(zhǔn)確計算溫升的影響因素,提出了銅損耗熱源時變加載方式;贏NSYS有限元仿真和樣機溫升試驗對比分析,驗證了所建立的起重機用永磁電機瞬態(tài)等效熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:The transient temperature field of slender outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor used in crane is calculated and analyzed. Due to the special structure of slender type, copper loss accounts for about 90% of the total loss, and the stator winding is in the center of the motor and the heat dissipation capacity is poor. The calculation of temperature rise has become the key link in the design of permanent magnet motor. The transient equivalent heat network model of permanent magnet motor for crane is established, and the factors influencing the accurate calculation of temperature rise of transient thermal network are analyzed. The time-varying loading mode of copper loss heat source is proposed, and the correctness of the transient equivalent thermal network model of permanent magnet motor for crane is verified based on the finite element simulation of ANSYS and the comparative analysis of the temperature rise test of the prototype.
