預(yù)制疊合板式混凝土剪力墻縱筋連接及其抗震性能研究

【摘要】:為全面了解預(yù)制疊合板式混凝土剪力墻抗震性能,同時研究新型縱筋連接方式可靠性,提高鋼筋連接薄弱位置的強(qiáng)度和增強(qiáng)混凝土界面連接,本文首先提出了以約束漿錨為基礎(chǔ)的適用于疊合板式剪力墻縱筋的連接方式--約束砼錨鋼筋搭接方式,并進(jìn)行了該搭接方式受力性能試驗(yàn)研究;設(shè)計制作約束砼錨鋼筋搭接形式下預(yù)制疊合板式混凝土剪力墻試件,進(jìn)行水平往復(fù)荷載下擬靜力試驗(yàn)研究,并與現(xiàn)澆剪力墻性能進(jìn)行對比;基于試驗(yàn)及分析結(jié)果,提出預(yù)制疊合板式剪力墻水平承載力計算方法,并進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。本文具體研究內(nèi)容如下:1.進(jìn)行了12個試件的單向拉伸鋼筋粘結(jié)滑移試驗(yàn)和24個試件的約束砼錨鋼筋搭接試驗(yàn),獲得了不同配箍參數(shù)下鋼筋與混凝土的極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度和鋼筋搭接性能,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:配置螺旋箍筋提高了極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,配箍率和箍筋環(huán)徑線性影響極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度;大環(huán)徑箍筋約束下的搭接性能好于小環(huán)徑箍筋約束。2.根據(jù)約束砼錨鋼筋搭接試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,提出鋼筋搭接受力模型,該模型考慮了混凝土開裂前后螺旋箍筋受力狀態(tài)的不同,給出各階段參數(shù)理論關(guān)系式,通過將理論值和試驗(yàn)值對比分析,提出了適于實(shí)際工程設(shè)計與施工的的配箍率計算公式和實(shí)用表格以及構(gòu)造建議。3.通過3個預(yù)制疊合板式混凝土剪力墻試件和3個現(xiàn)澆混凝土剪力墻試件的擬靜力試驗(yàn),獲得了預(yù)制疊合板式混凝土剪力墻的破壞過程與破壞模式、受力特點(diǎn)、整體剛度和延性、耗能能力、約束砼錨搭接縱筋應(yīng)變過程等結(jié)果,并與現(xiàn)澆剪力墻進(jìn)行了對比分析。試驗(yàn)表明:預(yù)制剪力墻的受力性能及破壞模式與現(xiàn)澆墻體相近,其承載力和剛度略低于現(xiàn)澆混凝土墻體,但延性和耗能能力優(yōu)于現(xiàn)澆墻體;預(yù)制墻體縱筋應(yīng)變大于現(xiàn)澆墻體同一位置縱筋應(yīng)變,說明約束砼錨鋼筋搭接方式具有良好的受力性能,能夠滿足抗震需求。4.結(jié)合現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中現(xiàn)澆剪力墻設(shè)計計算方法和預(yù)制疊合板式剪力墻實(shí)際受力特點(diǎn),提出受壓區(qū)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度按箍筋約束區(qū)和非約束區(qū)不同取值的設(shè)計思路,給出適于預(yù)制疊合板式混凝土剪力墻水平承載力計算方法;基于搭接試驗(yàn)與抗震試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,針對采用約束砼錨鋼筋搭接的預(yù)制疊合板式混凝土剪力墻,提出了具體的工程設(shè)計構(gòu)造建議。
[Abstract]:In order to fully understand the seismic behavior of prefabricated concrete shear wall, and to study the reliability of a new type of longitudinal steel bar connection, the strength of the weak position of steel bar connection and the strengthening of concrete interface connection are improved. In this paper, first of all, based on the restrained grouted anchor, a kind of connection mode, which is suitable for the longitudinal reinforcement of the laminated slab shear wall, is put forward, and the experimental study on the mechanical performance of the lapped concrete anchor is carried out. Design and manufacture prefabricated concrete shear wall specimens with confined concrete anchors and steel bars under horizontal reciprocating load, and compare with cast-in-place shear wall performance, based on the test and analysis results, The calculation method of horizontal bearing capacity of prefabricated laminated plate shear wall is presented and verified. The concrete contents of this paper are as follows: 1. In this paper, 12 specimens of uniaxial tensile bar bond-slip test and 24 specimens of confined concrete anchor bar lap test are carried out. The ultimate bond strength and lapping behavior of steel bar and concrete under different hoop parameters are obtained. The experimental results show that the ultimate bond strength is increased by the allocation of spiral stirrups, and the ultimate bond strength is affected linearly by the ratio of hoop and the diameter of stirrups. The lapping behavior of large ring diameter stirrups is better than that of small ring diameter stirrups. 2. According to the experimental results, a reinforcement lap acceptance model is proposed, which takes into account the different stress states of spiral stirrups before and after the cracking of concrete. The theoretical expressions of the parameters in each stage are given, and the theoretical values and the experimental values are compared and analyzed through the comparison and analysis of the theoretical values and the experimental values. The calculation formula and practical form of hoop ratio suitable for practical engineering design and construction are put forward, and construction suggestion .3.Through the quasi-static test of three prefabricated composite slab concrete shear wall specimens and three cast-in-place concrete shear wall specimens, The failure process and failure mode, stress characteristics, overall stiffness and ductility, energy dissipation capacity, strain process of restrained concrete anchor and lapped longitudinal reinforcement of prefabricated slab concrete shear wall are obtained. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties and failure mode of prefabricated shear walls are similar to that of cast-in-place walls, and their bearing capacity and stiffness are slightly lower than that of cast-in-place concrete walls, but the ductility and energy dissipation capacity are better than cast-in-place walls. The strain of longitudinal reinforcement in precast wall is greater than that in the same position of cast-in-place wall, which shows that the lapping mode of restrained concrete anchor bar has good mechanical performance. According to the design and calculation method of cast-in-place shear wall in current code and the actual stress characteristics of prefabricated laminated slab shear wall, the design idea of concrete compressive strength in compression zone according to different values of stirrups confined zone and unconfined zone is put forward. The calculation method of horizontal bearing capacity of precast composite slab concrete shear wall is presented, and based on the results of lap test and seismic test, the prefabricated composite slab concrete shear wall with confined concrete anchor and reinforcement is used to calculate the horizontal bearing capacity of concrete shear wall. The concrete construction suggestion of engineering design is put forward.
