【摘要】：正地點(diǎn)/北京朝陽(yáng)設(shè)計(jì)/2015—2016年/竣工/2016年Design Stage 2015—2016 Completion 2016西店記憶文創(chuàng)小鎮(zhèn)位于北京東四環(huán)與東五環(huán)之間,原始基地是被數(shù)條鐵軌所割據(jù)出的一塊城市邊緣地帶。文創(chuàng)小鎮(zhèn)的總建筑面積預(yù)計(jì)為14萬(wàn)m~2,業(yè)主希望通過(guò)引入文化創(chuàng)意類產(chǎn)業(yè)來(lái)激活片區(qū)。作為最先介入的建筑師團(tuán)隊(duì)之一,劉宇揚(yáng)建筑事務(wù)所承接了其中作為啟動(dòng)區(qū)的建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)以及展示中心室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的工作。
[Abstract]:The Design Stage 2015-2016 Completion 2016 West Dian memory Wenchuang Town is located between the East fourth Ring and the East Fifth Ring in Beijing. The original base is a piece of urban fringe that has been separated by several tracks. The total building area of Wenchuang is estimated to be 140,000 mm2, and the owners hope to activate the area by introducing cultural and creative industries. As one of the first teams of architects to intervene, Liu Yuyang Architectural firm took over the design of the building as the starting area and the interior design of the exhibition center.
