[Abstract]:The eighth issue of the focus Forum on soil Skeleton and permeability ([1]) on 2016 and the sixth issue of focus Forum on 2003, "Don't regard fiction as true" discussed "permeability". The difference is that the focus forum is this one. Emphasis is placed on "permeability" rather than opposition. The first sentence of the paper is "soil skeleton and permeability are very important concepts in soil mechanics", and the definition of "soil skeleton being forced and towed by water is called permeability force".
