【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì),快速的城市化發(fā)展對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的漠視,其弊端顯露無(wú)疑,歷史環(huán)境對(duì)于建筑設(shè)計(jì)的重要性越來(lái)越受到廣泛重視。新建筑與歷史環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系是一個(gè)復(fù)雜而又龐大的課題,協(xié)調(diào)與沖突、保守與創(chuàng)新之間不斷在尋求平衡點(diǎn),如果處理不好,會(huì)對(duì)城市文脈造成不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的破壞。特別是對(duì)于我國(guó)這樣的快速發(fā)展中國(guó)家,新建工程如雨后春筍,建筑設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)多追求標(biāo)新立異,在歷史環(huán)境保護(hù)的方面卻又意識(shí)不夠,經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,導(dǎo)致城市地方特色消失,歷史環(huán)境遭到破壞�；谶@些問(wèn)題,本文以德國(guó)柏林城市歷史環(huán)境中的新建筑為研究對(duì)象,試圖通過(guò)對(duì)柏林城市建設(shè)的總結(jié)與分析,以資借鑒。全文共分為五章:第一章為緒論。第二章的主要內(nèi)容為柏林的歷史環(huán)境。對(duì)柏林的城市歷史環(huán)境和當(dāng)代柏林城市發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)與分析,闡述了歷史環(huán)境對(duì)于柏林城市建設(shè)的重要影響。第三章的主要內(nèi)容為柏林歷史環(huán)境下新建筑。分析了戰(zhàn)后的柏林在不同建設(shè)階段下新建筑的產(chǎn)生及其與歷史環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系演變,并選取典型區(qū)域進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,最后對(duì)歷史環(huán)境下的新建筑特征進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。第四章的主要內(nèi)容建立在前三章的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了柏林城市新建筑與歷史環(huán)境共生的觀點(diǎn),并結(jié)合豐富的實(shí)例展開(kāi)詳細(xì)分析闡述:首先提出柏林新建筑與歷史環(huán)境共生的兩個(gè)矛盾(新與舊、地域性與全球化),繼而提出柏林新建筑與歷史環(huán)境共生的四個(gè)基本方法(動(dòng)態(tài)更新、場(chǎng)所精神、空間修補(bǔ)、城市形態(tài)與圖底關(guān)系),七個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)手法(協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一、對(duì)比沖突、多元共生、歷史符號(hào)、材料語(yǔ)匯、感官體驗(yàn)、由大及小),最后總結(jié)了當(dāng)代柏林城市新建筑與歷史環(huán)境在共生方面存在的缺憾。第五章為結(jié)語(yǔ)。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the rapid development of urbanization ignored the traditional culture. The importance of historical environment to architectural design has been paid more and more attention to. The relationship between new architecture and historical environment is a complex and huge topic. Coordination and conflict, conservatism and innovation are constantly seeking a balance point. If it is not handled properly, it will cause irreversible damage to the urban context. Especially for a rapidly developing country like China, new construction projects are springing up, and the architectural design is too much for innovation. In the aspect of historical environment protection, however, the consciousness is not enough and the experience is insufficient, which results in the disappearance of the local characteristics of the city and the destruction of the historical environment. Based on these problems, this paper takes the new buildings in the historical environment of Berlin, Germany, as the research object. This paper attempts to summarize and analyze the urban construction in Berlin. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter is the historical environment of Berlin. This paper expounds the important influence of historical environment on Berlin's urban construction. The third chapter focuses on the new buildings in Berlin's historical environment, and analyzes the emergence and historical environment of the new buildings in different construction stages of postwar Berlin. The evolution of the relationship, And select typical areas for investigation and analysis, and finally summarize and analyze the new architectural characteristics under the historical environment. The main content of Chapter 4th is based on the first three chapters of the research. This paper puts forward the viewpoint of the symbiosis between the new building and the historical environment in Berlin, and analyzes and expounds in detail the two contradictions (new and old) of the symbiosis between the new building and the historical environment in Berlin. Regional and globalization, and then put forward four basic methods of Berlin new architecture and historical environment symbiosis (dynamic renewal, place spirit, space repair, urban form and the relationship between map and bottom, seven design techniques (coordination and unity, contrast conflict, etc.). Pluralistic symbiosis, historical symbols, material vocabulary, sensory experience, from big and small, finally summed up the contemporary Berlin city new architecture and historical environment in symbiotic aspects of the shortcomings. 5th chapter as the conclusion.
