【摘要】：深圳白石洲城中村作為我國現(xiàn)有的規(guī)模較大的城市居住異質(zhì)空間,具有很大研究價值。本文采用的研究方法是以實地調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),利用空間句法的理論和分析方法來解析白石洲的空間特征及白石洲空間與建筑功能的關(guān)聯(lián),將句法分析結(jié)果與實地調(diào)研成果進行綜合歸納。本文的研究選取白石洲的空間作為研究對象,進行深入的量化分析和客觀評價。首先,在整個深圳市的空間體系中通過整合度及協(xié)同度去分析白石洲與城市的關(guān)系,以此來解讀白石洲的異質(zhì)性。其次,從技術(shù)方法上根據(jù)白石洲的空間認知邏輯、軸線布局方式及內(nèi)部空間形態(tài)去解讀白石洲的空間形態(tài)特征,再通過白石洲空間的整合度、選擇度等空間特征指標來研究白石洲的空間結(jié)構(gòu)特征,提煉出白石洲的空間核心“骨架”,并將白石洲的街網(wǎng)以局部整合度為標準分為三個等級,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過白石洲空間特征之間的相關(guān)性來判斷白石洲的空間性能。最后,通過研究白石洲建筑功能的分布特征及空間與功能的關(guān)聯(lián),來解讀隱藏在白石洲背后的社會、經(jīng)濟、文化等活力特征。本文的研究意義:一是首先將空間句法的理論在城市異質(zhì)空間研究中進行嘗試應(yīng)用和實驗分析,提出了以空間句法整合度等性能指標為基礎(chǔ)的空間深度研究模型,解決了街巷空間結(jié)構(gòu)性描述的可能性;二是通過對白石洲街巷空間的結(jié)構(gòu)等級劃分,使我們能夠?qū)Π资蘅臻g特征和建筑的功能分布建立起一個客觀的分析路徑。三是通過對白石洲空間結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,對于類似白石洲這樣的城市異質(zhì)空間的改造和更新策略提供了一種較為客觀的理論依據(jù)。本文的研究結(jié)論:首先,白石洲存在與周邊城市空間不相融的異質(zhì)性其次,白石洲自身已然形成了一個完滿自恰和完整清晰的空間體系,但由過大建筑密度引發(fā)的視覺引導(dǎo)失效和較弱的可理解性體現(xiàn)出的空間性能較差,說明白石洲空間確實存在封閉、隔離的情況。最后,白石洲的空間與建筑功能尤其是商業(yè)功能存在較為顯著的關(guān)聯(lián),并由白石洲建筑功能在空間中的分布特征,體現(xiàn)了白石洲多種商業(yè)層級并存的商業(yè)特征及以消費文化為主的社會特征。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen Baishizhou village as China's existing large scale city residential space heterogeneity, has great research value. The research methods used in this paper is based on the spot investigation, related to analytical baidanzhou use theory and the analysis method of space syntax spatial characteristics and Bai Shi delta space and architectural function, the syntactic parsing results with the field survey results are summarized. This paper selects baidanzhou space as the research object, quantitative analysis and objective evaluation deeply. Firstly, through the analysis of the relationship between degree and degree of coordination to baidanzhou and city space system in the entire city of Shenzhen, in order to interpret Bai Shizhou's heterogeneity. Secondly, from a technical approach on the basis of spatial cognition in Bai Shizhou's logic, characteristics of spatial form axis layout and interior space form to the interpretation of Bai Shizhou, through the white stone Delta Space integration, spatial structure features of Baishizhou selection index of feature space, extract the core space of Bai Shizhou "skeleton", and Bai Shizhou's street network with local integration as the standard is divided into three grades, on this basis, through the correlation between baidanzhou spatial characteristics to determine the space the performance of Baishizhou. Finally, through the research on the distribution characteristics of correlation function and baidanzhou architectural space and function, to interpret the hidden in Baishizhou behind the social, economic, cultural and other dynamic characteristics. The significance of this study: one is the space syntax theory to application and experimental analysis in the study of city spatial heterogeneity in the proposed model to study spatial depth of space syntax such as the integration of performance indicators for the foundation, solve the possibility of structural description of street space; two is through the street lane space on Shi Zhou Division structure level, so that we can on Shi Zhou spatial characteristics and the function of the building distribution to establish an objective analysis path. Three is through the research on the spatial structure of Shi Zhou, provides an objective theoretical basis for transformation of similar baidanzhou city such heterogeneous space and update strategies. The conclusion of this study: first, baidanzhou heterogeneity of harmony with the surrounding city space, secondly, baidanzhou itself has already formed a perfect self consistent and complete and clear space system, but caused by the excessive building density of vision guided failure and weaker understanding of space poor performance reflects the description of Baishizhou the existence of closed space, isolated situation. Finally, space and architectural function baidanzhou especially commercial function of association was significant, and by the Bai Shizhou function in the space in the building The distribution characteristics, reflects the commercial features of the coexistence of a variety of commercial baidanzhou level and social characteristics of the consumer culture mainly.
