【摘要】：正設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明:該地塊位于北京市海淀區(qū)四道口,西部平行于高鐵線路及城市軌道13號(hào)線高架,南部臨昆玉河,距北京北站約1公里,紅線內(nèi)面積為17.3公頃。周邊分布有中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)、北京郵電大學(xué)及北京交通大學(xué)。隨著2022年冬奧會(huì)的建設(shè),北京北站高鐵線路的改建和笑祖塔院城中村的拆遷對(duì)該地內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生巨大影響。本方案力圖體現(xiàn)歷史人文的景觀定位在場(chǎng)地的空間塑造,保留鐵路
[Abstract]:The site is located in Sidaokou, Haidian District, Beijing. The west is parallel to the high speed rail line and urban track line 13. The south is near the Kunyu River, about 1 km from Beijing North Station. The red line covers an area of 17. 3 hectares. It is surrounded by the Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing University of posts and Telecommunications and Beijing Jiaotong University. With the construction of the 2022 Winter Olympics. The reconstruction of the high-speed railway line of Beijing North Railway Station and the demolition of the village in the city of Xiaozu Tayuan have a great impact on the interior of the area. This project tries to embody the historical and humanistic landscape positioning in the space of the site and keep the railway.
