基于BIM的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)施工模擬與監(jiān)測(cè)

【摘要】:隨著建筑工程的迅速發(fā)展,對(duì)大中跨度結(jié)構(gòu)的功能要求越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈。鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)有一系列的優(yōu)點(diǎn)如載荷分?jǐn)�、設(shè)備安裝、堅(jiān)固性、模數(shù)單元組件、支座位置選擇有很大的自由度、規(guī)則的幾何形狀和便于安裝等。鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)無(wú)疑是建筑師和結(jié)構(gòu)工程師們探索開(kāi)拓新結(jié)構(gòu)形式的有效工具。建筑信息模型BIM服務(wù)于工程的全生命周期,可減少工程項(xiàng)目的不可預(yù)見(jiàn)性,提高信息的交流效率。由于大中跨網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,涉及到的桿件數(shù)量較多,若能結(jié)合建筑信息模型BIM的應(yīng)用,可以大大提高施工效率,降低成本。本論文以鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)為例,運(yùn)用BIM的可視化、模擬性、協(xié)調(diào)性、優(yōu)化性、可出圖性五大特征,基于Revit創(chuàng)建三維可視化模型;在3D設(shè)計(jì)和施工方案制定的基礎(chǔ)上與模擬施工軟件Navisworks實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)接,完成了施工模擬,實(shí)現(xiàn)4D設(shè)計(jì);結(jié)構(gòu)模型與有限元計(jì)算分析軟件Robot數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)接互導(dǎo),完成結(jié)構(gòu)的整體計(jì)算及分析;再結(jié)合施工監(jiān)測(cè)方案,把施工模擬和施工監(jiān)測(cè)有效的結(jié)合起來(lái),運(yùn)用到大中跨鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的施工,指導(dǎo)施工,從而保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性、適用性、可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of building engineering, the functional requirements of large and medium span structures are becoming more and more strong. Steel grid structures have a series of advantages such as load allocation, equipment installation, firmness, modular unit components. Support position selection has a lot of freedom. Steel grid structure is undoubtedly an effective tool for architects and structural engineers to explore new structural forms. Building information model (BIM) serves the whole life cycle of engineering. It can reduce the unpredictability of engineering projects and improve the efficiency of information exchange. Because of the complexity of large and medium span truss structure, the number of bars involved is more, if we can combine the application of building information model BIM. This paper takes the steel grid structure as an example, using five characteristics of BIM, such as visualization, simulation, coordination, optimization and drawing. Create 3D visualization model based on Revit; On the basis of 3D design and construction scheme formulation, the data docking is realized with the simulation construction software Navisworks, the construction simulation is completed, and the 4D design is realized. The structure model and the finite element analysis software Robot data are connected to each other to complete the whole calculation and analysis of the structure. Combined with the construction monitoring scheme, the construction simulation and construction monitoring are effectively combined, and applied to the construction of large and medium span steel grid structure to guide the construction, thus ensuring the safety, applicability and reliability of the structure.
