【摘要】：介紹了某因蚊香使用不當引發(fā)的亡人火災事故的事故調(diào)查過程,通過現(xiàn)場勘查并結合當事人之間的筆錄交叉點進行分析,查找調(diào)查的突破口,并通過分析鑒定、模擬實驗,最終準確地認定了起火點,利用排除法結合模擬實驗確定起火原因,對此類火災的調(diào)查具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the accident investigation process of a fire accident caused by improper use of mosquito incense. Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the crossing points between the parties concerned, the breakthrough of the investigation is found, and the analysis is made. In the simulation experiment, the fire point was identified accurately, and the reason of the fire was determined by using the exclusion method combined with the simulation experiment, which has certain reference significance for the investigation of this kind of fire.
