附加應(yīng)力法在無桿鉆具穩(wěn)定性分析中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為使無桿鉆具能有效支撐在孔壁土體上,探討了支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)施加的預(yù)應(yīng)力對孔壁土體穩(wěn)定性的影響,提出了采用虛擬土柱模擬樁孔并結(jié)合廣義Mindlin解的方法,推導(dǎo)了預(yù)應(yīng)力作用下孔壁土體中任一點(diǎn)的附加應(yīng)力向量.基于此附加應(yīng)力向量,求取了最大預(yù)扭矩和最大預(yù)壓力作用下支護(hù)板下方5 mm、寬50 mm處各點(diǎn)的剪切應(yīng)力及其相對強(qiáng)度.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)預(yù)扭矩與預(yù)應(yīng)力分別為120 k N·m和100 k N時(shí),最大剪切應(yīng)力為6.52 MPa;除了支護(hù)板兩端部外,剪切應(yīng)力相對強(qiáng)度均小于1,即總體上孔壁土體為穩(wěn)定狀態(tài).與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對比驗(yàn)證了文中方法的正確性,文中方法比Boussinesq-Gerruti聯(lián)合求解法和有限元法更加精確
[Abstract]:In order to support the hole wall soil effectively, the influence of the prestressing force applied by the supporting structure on the stability of the hole wall soil is discussed. A method of simulating pile holes with virtual soil columns and combining with generalized Mindlin solution is proposed. The additional stress vector at any point in the soil under prestressing force is derived and based on this additional stress vector. Under the action of maximum pre-torque and maximum pre-pressure, 5 mm below the supporting plate is obtained. The shear stress and relative strength of each point at the width of 50 mm. The results show that when the pre-torque and prestress are 120 KN 路m and 100 KN, respectively. The maximum shear stress is 6.52 MPA; Except for the two ends of the support plate, the relative strength of shear stress is less than 1, that is, the overall soil mass of the hole wall is stable. The comparison with the experimental results verifies the correctness of the method in this paper. The method in this paper is more accurate than Boussinesq-Gerruti combined solution and finite element method.
