【摘要】：通過數(shù)據(jù)資料分析我國監(jiān)理行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)果表明監(jiān)理行業(yè)發(fā)展遭遇困境。以此為依據(jù)探究造成目前狀況的行業(yè)內(nèi)在因素,進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)工程監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)模式亟待改革。借鑒Partnering模式在國內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目管理方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出基于Partnering的工程監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)新模式及其實(shí)踐流程、關(guān)鍵影響因素,并為推廣這種新模式提出建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of supervision industry in China, the result shows that the supervision industry has encountered difficulties. Based on this analysis, the author explores the internal factors that cause the present situation. It is found that the traditional business model of engineering supervision needs to be reformed urgently, and the successful experience of Partnering mode in project management at home and abroad is used for reference. This paper puts forward a new mode of engineering supervision business based on Partnering and its practice flow, key influencing factors, and puts forward some suggestions for popularizing this new mode.
