【摘要】：辦公空間是現(xiàn)代人們用來辦公的主要場所,其設(shè)計效果如何將會直接影響到辦公人員的辦公效率和心理狀態(tài)。當前,伴隨社會經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展以及科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進步,人們的思維方式以及工作方式均發(fā)生了根本性的變化,人們對辦公空間的要求也逐漸由以往滿足基本的使用功能向滿足不同層次的需求轉(zhuǎn)變[1]。然而現(xiàn)階段,受諸多內(nèi)外部因素的影響和制約,辦公空間在設(shè)計過程中仍舊存在一些問題。對此,本文選取月桂樹網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)有限公司為研究對象,結(jié)合辦公空間的相關(guān)理論及發(fā)展歷史,對當前網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)公司辦公空間設(shè)計的現(xiàn)狀加以分析,指出如何通過辦公空間設(shè)計來改善員工的工作效率。結(jié)合辦公空間的功能、設(shè)計的要素以及發(fā)展歷史和演化的分析,針對月桂樹網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)有限公司的項目做了大量的調(diào)研工作,運用文獻資料、實地調(diào)查、系統(tǒng)分析以及歸納分析等方法,明確了月桂樹網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)有限公司的辦公空間設(shè)計狀況、發(fā)展趨勢和特點及其在設(shè)計過程中存在的問題,并從高效化辦公空間的設(shè)計原則與設(shè)計理念、改造設(shè)計方案以及功能區(qū)域安排等方面對月桂樹辦公空間的設(shè)計提出了改進思路。旨在為未來其他企業(yè)辦公空間環(huán)境的設(shè)計提供進一步的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Office space is the main place for modern people to work, how its design effect will directly affect the office efficiency and psychological state of office personnel. With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, people's way of thinking and working have undergone fundamental changes. People's demand for office space has gradually changed from meeting the basic function to meeting the needs of different levels in the past. [However, due to many internal and external factors, there are still some problems in the design of office space. Combined with the related theory and development history of office space, the present situation of office space design of network technology company is analyzed. The paper points out how to improve the working efficiency of employees through office space design, combining the function of office space, the elements of design, and the analysis of development history and evolution. A lot of research work has been done in view of the project of Yue Gui Tree Network Technology Co., Ltd., using the methods of literature, field investigation, system analysis and inductive analysis and so on. This paper clarifies the design status, development trend and characteristics of office space in YueGui Network Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the existing problems in the design process, and from the design principles and design concepts of high-efficiency office space. In order to provide further reference and reference for the design of office space of other enterprises in the future, this paper puts forward some improved ideas on the design of office space of laurel tree from the aspects of modification design scheme and functional area arrangement.
