【摘要】：峨莊古村落國家森林公園屬泰沂山北麓低山丘陵區(qū),地形地貌復雜,山巒疊嶂,溝壑縱橫。景區(qū)具有豐富的景觀資源,與周邊國家森林公園相比,以傳統(tǒng)民居為主的人文景觀資源占據(jù)著巨大優(yōu)勢。峨莊國家森林公園內(nèi)有六個古村落村莊,村莊中現(xiàn)存的民居是山東傳統(tǒng)石砌民居的典型代表,這些傳統(tǒng)民居就地取材,造價低廉,經(jīng)風耐雨,冬暖夏涼,形成了獨特的民居建筑形式。傳統(tǒng)民居是一種珍貴的歷史文化遺產(chǎn),作為重要的人文景觀資源,具有不可替代性、不可再生性等特點,民居的保存狀態(tài)對于整個景觀資源風貌有著非常重要的影響,必需加以有效的保護。但是隨著旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,在市場化、商業(yè)化的利益引導下,大肆的不正當開發(fā)建設嚴重破壞了當?shù)氐膫鹘y(tǒng)民居建筑。為了傳統(tǒng)民居這一核心景觀不被破壞,對它們的保護刻不容緩。如何對人文景觀資源中的傳統(tǒng)民居進行有效保護、合理再利用是本文貫穿始終的出發(fā)點和落腳點。本文通過對相關資料的收集以及實地的調(diào)研等,首先從國家森林公園古村落本身出發(fā),對峨莊傳統(tǒng)民居實際情況和存在的問題做出匯總和研究判斷,并對本文國家森林公園古村落的地形地貌、村落選址布局、街巷空間、院落空間、建筑形態(tài)等進行分析,歸納出古村落的布局和形態(tài)特征;其次在此基礎上挖掘其村落特色及其歷史文化價值,指出傳統(tǒng)民居作為峨莊國家森林公園核心景觀資源的重要性;最后提出合理有效地保護措施。根據(jù)峨莊傳統(tǒng)民居的保存情況、使用現(xiàn)狀和自身價值,提出了發(fā)展式動態(tài)保護、博物館式靜態(tài)保護、強調(diào)更新與發(fā)展的有機更新三種模式。這三種傳統(tǒng)民居保護模式并不是對立的,可依據(jù)保護的側重點不同,選擇一種或多種保護模式相容合。本文進一步提出了傳統(tǒng)民居再利用的實施對策,通過強調(diào)傳統(tǒng)民居的公共屬性,把居住功能置換為以展示功能、商業(yè)功能、公共服務功能、創(chuàng)意文化產(chǎn)業(yè)入駐為主的新功能性發(fā)展方式,為空心化的古村落民居再利用找到出路。本文對峨莊國家森林公園內(nèi)古村落及傳統(tǒng)民居再利用策略進行的研究,希望能為日后相關的保護與再利用工作提供一些基礎素材。更希望在旅游開發(fā)過程中,從政府職能部門到普通群眾都提高對傳統(tǒng)民居價值的認識,達到全民重視保護工作的目的。
[Abstract]:Ezhuang Ancient Village National Forest Park is a low hill region in the northern foot of Taiyi Mountain, with complex landforms, mountains and mountains, and long and horizontal gullies. The scenic spot has abundant landscape resources, compared with the surrounding national forest park. There are six ancient village villages in E Zhuang National Forest Park, and the existing folk houses in the villages are typical representatives of traditional stone houses in Shandong Province. These traditional houses are made of local materials, cheap, wind and rain resistant, warm in winter and cool in summer, forming a unique architectural form of folk houses. Traditional houses are a precious historical and cultural heritage, as an important human landscape resources. With the characteristics of irreplaceable, non-renewable and so on, the preservation of residential buildings has a very important impact on the landscape landscape features, which must be effectively protected. However, with the development of tourism, in the market. Under the guidance of commercial interests, the wanton improper development and construction seriously damaged the local traditional residential buildings. For the traditional residential buildings, this core landscape is not destroyed. It is urgent to protect them. How to effectively protect the traditional houses in the cultural landscape resources. Rational reuse is the starting point and foothold of this paper. Through the collection of relevant information and field research, this paper starts from the ancient villages of National Forest Park. The actual situation and existing problems of the traditional residence in Ezhuang are summarized and analyzed. The terrain and geomorphology, location layout, street space and courtyard space of the ancient villages in the National Forest Park are also discussed in this paper. Analysis of the architectural form, summed up the layout and morphological characteristics of the ancient village; Secondly, it excavates its village characteristic and its historical and cultural value on this basis, and points out the importance of traditional residence as the core landscape resource of E Zhuang National Forest Park. Finally put forward reasonable and effective protection measures. According to the preservation of the traditional residence in E Zhuang, the use of the status quo and its own value, put forward the development of dynamic protection, museum static protection. Emphasis on the renewal and development of organic renewal of the three models. These three traditional residential protection mode is not opposed, can be based on the focus of protection is different. Choose one or more protection mode compatible. This paper further put forward the implementation of traditional residential reuse countermeasures, through emphasizing the public properties of traditional residential, residential function is replaced by display function, commercial function. Public service function, creative culture industry into the new functional development mode. In order to find a way out for the reusing of the hollowed ancient village houses, this paper studies the strategy of reusing the ancient villages and traditional houses in the Ezhuang National Forest Park. I hope to provide some basic materials for the related protection and reuse work in the future, but also hope that in the process of tourism development, from the government functional departments to the ordinary people to improve the value of traditional residential awareness. To achieve the goal that the whole people attach importance to protection work.
