【摘要】：蘇南水網(wǎng)地區(qū)獨特的自然環(huán)境與深厚的歷史脈絡創(chuàng)造了極具水鄉(xiāng)特色的鄉(xiāng)村空間,但工業(yè)化和城市化導致了傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村結構消解和功能衰落,而城市思維導向下的鄉(xiāng)村建設忽略了鄉(xiāng)村的本質(zhì),導致“城市病”在鄉(xiāng)村蔓延,鄉(xiāng)村空間逐漸失去原鄉(xiāng)特色�？隙ㄠl(xiāng)村多元價值、回歸鄉(xiāng)村特色的鄉(xiāng)村復興理念是對現(xiàn)行鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展建設模式的反思,該理念導向下的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展激發(fā)了鄉(xiāng)村特色空間的變化,體現(xiàn)為：一方面,以修復鄉(xiāng)村空間適性為代表的鄉(xiāng)村文明復興對特色空間發(fā)展的影響；另一方面,以鄉(xiāng)村功能多元化為代表的觸媒效應對鄉(xiāng)村特色空間發(fā)展的影響。蘇南水網(wǎng)地區(qū)是國內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)村轉型發(fā)展的先行地,這里水鄉(xiāng)云集、歷史悠久、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好,具備鄉(xiāng)村特色空間良性發(fā)展的有利條件。本研究通過對該地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村特色空間的系統(tǒng)化分析,建構了復興導向下的鄉(xiāng)村特色空間發(fā)展策略框架,在此框架的基礎上從宏觀格局建構、靜態(tài)空間織補、動態(tài)特色激活和后期維育四個層面進行了發(fā)展策略探析。研究主要包括：(1)分析了鄉(xiāng)村特色空間的性質(zhì)、內(nèi)涵以及影響其形成與發(fā)展的五大資源,梳理了蘇南水網(wǎng)鄉(xiāng)村空間的演變歷程和特征,并從文明的視角解讀社會、文化、經(jīng)濟與鄉(xiāng)村特色空間發(fā)展的關系,對蘇南水網(wǎng)鄉(xiāng)村特色空間進行系統(tǒng)認知：(2)從鄉(xiāng)村特色空間復興的關注要素(主體、事件和空間),切入點(藝術性、科學性和有機性)及四項發(fā)展原則三方面建構發(fā)展策略框架；(3)提出蘇南水網(wǎng)鄉(xiāng)村特色空間的發(fā)展策略：①建構區(qū)域性特色空間格局。將城鄉(xiāng)視作一個整體,用城鄉(xiāng)非建設用地規(guī)劃方法構建生態(tài)先行的“負”格網(wǎng)結構,在此結構內(nèi)調(diào)控鄉(xiāng)村特色功能區(qū),在“綠道+藍道”視角下統(tǒng)籌水網(wǎng)鄉(xiāng)村特色意象；②梳理鄉(xiāng)村特色空間的生成邏輯,維育和拓展鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)特色空間及生活內(nèi)容；③通過日常生活梳理、特色產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持、藝術文化介入等方式刺激鄉(xiāng)村特色空間的多元發(fā)展,對其進行重構；④通過民智的培育與群體智慧的發(fā)起實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村特色空間的持續(xù)良性運營。
[Abstract]:The unique natural environment of South of Jiangsu Lake region and the deep history created the highly water characteristics of rural industrialization and city space, but led to the digestion and function of the traditional structure of countryside and city decline, thinking under the guidance of the rural construction ignored the rural nature, lead to "urban diseases" in the country spread, rural space gradually lose the homeland certainly the rural characteristics. The pluralistic value, rural renaissance concept is a reflection of the characteristics of the regression of rural construction and development model of current rural and rural development under the guidance of the concept of inspired changes, characteristics of rural space are: on the one hand, to repair rural spatial adaptation as the representative of the rural civilization revival of characteristic space development; on the other hand, affect the development of catalyst effect in rural functional diversification as the representative of the characteristics of rural space. South of Jiangsu Lake region is home to rural development The first water, here gathered, has a long history, good economic development trend, with favorable conditions for sound development of rural characteristic space. Through the study of systematic rural characteristics of the area analysis, construction of a revival under the guidance of rural spatial development strategy framework based on this framework from the macro pattern construction static, dynamic characteristics of space darning, activation and post dimension of education four aspects of development strategy. The study mainly includes: (1) to analyze the nature of rural space, as well as the influence of the connotation and development of the five major resources formed, combing the evolution of South of Jiangsu rural space and water features, and from reading from the perspective of social civilization, culture, the relationship between economy and rural space development, systematic cognition of the network characteristics of rural South Su space: (2) from the key elements of the rural Revival (the main characteristic space Body, space, and events) starting point (art, science and organic) and the four principles of development three aspects to establish the development strategy framework; (3) put forward the development strategy of South of Jiangsu rural water characteristic space: the construction of regional features. The spatial pattern of urban and rural as a whole, with the urban and rural construction land use planning method to construct ecology first "negative" grid structure, this structure in the regulation of rural area, and water characteristics of rural image in the "green + blue" from the perspective of the rural characteristics; generation logic combing space, maintenance and extension of the traditional rural characteristic space and life; through the daily life combing the characteristics of industry support, the pluralistic development of art culture intervention etc. to stimulate rural characteristics of space, and to rebuild it; through the wisdom to foster people's wisdom and group launched the realization of rural space for good characteristics Sex operation.
