【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國的住區(qū)建設(shè)一直以封閉式居住小區(qū)模式為主,雖然在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)解決了城市人口對(duì)住房數(shù)量的需求。但也暴露出了許多問題和缺陷,比如規(guī)模過大加重城市交通擁堵,邊界消極使街道失去活力,空間封閉浪費(fèi)了城市空間資源,功能配置不全降低了居民生活品質(zhì),住宅建筑單調(diào)呆板使城市特色喪失等;趯(duì)上述背景的思考,本論文將當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外提倡的城市街區(qū)制住區(qū)模式作為研究對(duì)象,研究范圍包括街區(qū)制住區(qū)模式最重要的四個(gè)因素:功能、尺度、公共空間以及建筑風(fēng)貌。希望通過分析國內(nèi)外街區(qū)制住區(qū)模式的四個(gè)決定性因素的設(shè)計(jì)策略,為我國城市居住區(qū)的建設(shè)提供一些參考。推動(dòng)我國城市住區(qū)模式從"居者有其屋"到"居者優(yōu)其屋"的轉(zhuǎn)變。本論文的研究主線是:第一章中對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,給出街區(qū)制住區(qū)的定義,并指出了對(duì)其研究的意義;第二章對(duì)封閉式居住小區(qū)的特征、問題和產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行了分析,并借鑒了國外住區(qū)模式的相關(guān)理論,對(duì)街區(qū)制住區(qū)模式涵義、設(shè)計(jì)原則和分類進(jìn)行了研究;第三章從用地功能混合以及建筑功能混合的角度研究了街區(qū)制住區(qū)功能混合的設(shè)計(jì)策略;第四章從道路交通、商業(yè)效益和交往空間角度對(duì)街區(qū)制住區(qū)的規(guī)模、尺度進(jìn)行了研究,并研究了小尺度的開發(fā)策略;第五章從空間的序列、開放度以及公共空間中心的設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)方面對(duì)街區(qū)制住區(qū)公共空間的營造策略進(jìn)行了研究;第六章從住區(qū)對(duì)于建筑多樣化的需求方面研究,分別分析了多樣化的條件以及街區(qū)、建筑的多樣化設(shè)計(jì)策略。論文最后分析了街區(qū)制住區(qū)在我國發(fā)展的阻力,并對(duì)其相關(guān)理論的研究推進(jìn)和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the construction of residential areas in our country has been based on the closed residential district model. Although it has solved the demand of urban population for the number of housing in a certain period of time, it has also exposed many problems and defects. For example, the scale of urban traffic congestion is aggravated, the boundary makes the streets inactive, the space closure wastes the urban space resources, and the function allocation does not completely reduce the quality of life of the residents. The monotony of residential buildings causes the loss of urban characteristics and so on. Based on the above background, this paper takes the urban block residential model advocated at home and abroad as the research object. The scope of the study includes the most important four factors: function, scale, public space and architectural style. It is hoped to analyze the design strategies of four decisive factors of residential district model at home and abroad. This paper provides some references for the construction of urban residential areas in China, and promotes the transformation of urban residential areas from "Home ownership" to "Home ownership". The main research line of this thesis is as follows:. The first chapter defines the related concepts. The definition of block residential area is given, and the significance of its research is pointed out. The second chapter analyzes the characteristics, problems and causes of the enclosed residential district, and studies the meaning, design principles and classification of the residential district model based on the relevant theories of the foreign residential area model. The third chapter studies the design strategy of the residential district function mixing from the angle of land use function mixing and building function mixing. Chapter 4th studies the scale and scale of block residential area from the angle of road traffic, commercial benefit and communication space, and studies the development strategy of small scale. Chapter 5th studies the construction strategy of public space in residential district from three aspects: the sequence of space, the degree of openness and the design of public space center. Chapter 6th studies the demand for architectural diversification in residential areas, analyzes the conditions of diversification and the design strategies of blocks and buildings respectively. Finally, the paper analyzes the resistance to the development of residential districts in China. The research and practice of the related theories are prospected.
