【摘要】:深基坑工程是一項綜合性很強的系統(tǒng)工程,它主要由土方開挖和基坑支護組成。土方開挖是指在紅線內(nèi)地表以下開挖的地下空間,而深基坑支護是臨時性防護,它是為了確保土方開挖,基礎能夠順利施工,對基坑邊緣和周圍環(huán)境使用的支擋、固定的保護措施。所以深基坑支護最重要的作用就是確保基坑的安全穩(wěn)定,還要有效的防護基坑周邊土體沉降以及減少周圍環(huán)境的破壞;庸こ淌艿赜蛐杂绊懞艽,不同的水文地質條件下,基坑之間的差異也很大。而本文是以淮南市山南新區(qū)鉆石星座項目收集的基坑支護資料為基礎,根據(jù)相關文獻和規(guī)范,結合所學理論知識、工地現(xiàn)場實習和庫倫GE05軟件對樁錨支護結構進行了較系統(tǒng),深入的對比分析。論文正文部分包括:1.對工程基本概況及數(shù)據(jù)資料的分析,選取排樁加錨桿的基坑支護方式。2.論述深基坑樁錨支護的施工工藝、力學理論分析及基坑監(jiān)測方案。3.通過庫倫GE05軟件把深基坑開挖及支護分成不同的工況進行數(shù)值模擬,深入分析不同的開挖深度對支護樁的偏移和樁身的內(nèi)力影響。并對模擬結果作對比,得出結論。4.通過軟件模擬并分析對比支護樁的樁徑、樁間距、錨桿間距、錨桿預應力大小因素對樁錨支護結構的影響,并提出合理建議。當其它影響因素不改變的情況下,只改變一種影響因素,通過庫倫GE05軟件模擬分析對比得出:1)隨著支護樁樁徑的增加,樁身的位移逐漸減小,但這種減小的趨勢慢慢變緩,而支護樁受到的彎矩卻在逐漸變大。2)隨著支護樁間距的減小,樁身位移也在減小,但當樁間距過大時,會引起支護樁瞬間產(chǎn)生嚴重位移,造成事故。3)隨著錨桿間距的減小,在一定范圍內(nèi)雖然樁體中間的側移在逐漸減小,但樁頂?shù)奈灰茀s越來越大,支護樁樁體最大位移值由樁體中間改變到樁頂。4)隨著錨桿施加預應力的增加,支護樁的樁身位移和樁體受到的彎矩都會有所減小,但支護樁樁頂?shù)奈灰茀s逐漸增大。因此,在實際工程中,即要保證基坑的絕對安全情況下,也要兼顧到經(jīng)濟性,選取適宜的參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Deep foundation pit engineering is a comprehensive system engineering, it is mainly composed of earthwork excavation and foundation pit support. Earthwork excavation refers to the underground space excavated below the red line, while deep foundation pit support is temporary protection. It is to ensure that earthwork excavation, foundation can be successfully constructed, the edge of the foundation pit and the surrounding environment, fixed protection measures, so the most important role of deep foundation pit support is to ensure the safety and stability of foundation pit. It also effectively protects the settlement of soil around the foundation pit and reduces the damage to the surrounding environment. The foundation pit engineering is greatly affected by regional, under different hydrogeological conditions. The difference between the foundation pit is also very big. And this article is based on the foundation pit support data collected by the Diamond constellation Project of Huainan Shannan New District, according to the relevant literature and norms, combined with the theoretical knowledge learned. Site practice and Coulomb GE05 software to the pile-anchor support structure for a more systematic, in-depth comparative analysis. The main body of the paper includes: 1. The basic situation of the project and the analysis of data. Selecting the supporting method of foundation pit with row pile and anchor rod. 2. Discuss the construction technology of pile anchor support in deep foundation pit. Mechanical theory analysis and foundation pit monitoring scheme .3.The deep foundation pit excavation and support are divided into different working conditions for numerical simulation through Coulomb GE05 software. Deeply analyze the influence of different excavation depth on the displacement of supporting pile and the internal force of pile body, and compare the results of simulation, draw conclusion .4.Through software simulation and analysis of pile diameter, pile spacing. The influence of the factors of anchor spacing and pre-stress on the pile-anchor supporting structure is put forward. When the other influencing factors are not changed, only one kind of influence factor is changed. Through the simulation analysis of Coulomb GE05 software, it is concluded that: 1) with the increase of the diameter of the supporting pile, the displacement of the pile body decreases gradually, but the decreasing trend slowly becomes slower. However, the bending moment of the supporting pile is gradually increasing. 2) with the decrease of the spacing of the supporting pile, the displacement of the pile body is also decreasing, but when the distance between the piles is too large, it will cause the serious displacement of the supporting pile instantly. Accident. 3) with the decrease of anchor spacing, the displacement of the top of the pile becomes larger and larger in a certain range, although the lateral displacement of the middle part of the pile gradually decreases. The maximum displacement of the supporting pile is changed from the middle of the pile to the top of the pile. However, the displacement of the supporting pile roof is gradually increasing. Therefore, in the practical engineering, in order to ensure the absolute safety of the foundation pit, the economy should also be taken into account, and the appropriate parameters should be selected.
