【摘要】：力圖闡釋復(fù)雜性的概念以及它為何可以用來解析在亞洲新興而起的巨型大都市地區(qū)。這種超級(jí)復(fù)雜性起因于這些巨型都市群落的規(guī)模、密度、發(fā)展速度,以及進(jìn)行管治的權(quán)力中心的多元性。試圖從中進(jìn)行提煉,什么是可以進(jìn)行規(guī)劃而什么是不可以進(jìn)行規(guī)劃的,以及這種規(guī)劃是可以被組織的。研究分為五個(gè)部分:來自三位杰出社會(huì)科學(xué)家針對(duì)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)提出的觀點(diǎn);城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域有關(guān)城市復(fù)雜性的簡(jiǎn)要文獻(xiàn)綜述;將長(zhǎng)江三角洲作為一種超級(jí)復(fù)雜、多中心城市區(qū)域進(jìn)行描述的圖景;重新反思城市復(fù)雜性之下的空間規(guī)劃,以及在亞洲超級(jí)復(fù)雜性背景下的一些空間規(guī)劃原則。
[Abstract]:Try to explain the concept of complexity and why it can be used to explain the emerging megacities in Asia. This super complexity arises from the size, density, and speed of development of these mega-urban communities. And the plurality of power centers that govern. Try to extract from it what can be planned and what cannot be planned. And this planning can be organized. The study is divided into five parts: from the views of three prominent social scientists on complex systems; A brief literature review on urban complexity in the field of urban planning; The Yangtze River Delta is regarded as a super complex, multi-center urban area to describe. Rethinking the spatial planning under the urban complexity, and some spatial planning principles under the background of Asian super complexity.
