【摘要】：基于2-甲基丙-2-烯基聚乙二醇醚-丙烯酸(HPEG-AA)體系研究了接枝密度、主鏈聚合度及側(cè)鏈長度對聚羧酸減水劑(PCE)凈漿流動度的影響,建立了PCE理想分子結(jié)構(gòu)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,研究了酯基密度對PCE性能的影響.采用相對分子質(zhì)量為4 000的HPEG設(shè)計并制備出2種緩釋型減水劑PC-R1和PC-R2.對緩釋型PCE的分子結(jié)構(gòu)進行了表征,采用凝膠色譜儀(GPC)測定了其重均相對分子質(zhì)量和數(shù)均相對分子質(zhì)量,用紅外光譜表征了其官能團.研究了摻緩釋型PCE的新拌混凝土性能和硬化混凝土性能,驗證了所建數(shù)學(xué)模型和設(shè)計方法的正確性.
[Abstract]:2- -2- methyl vinyl ether acrylic acid polyethylene glycol (HPEG-AA) system based on the study of graft density, the main chain and side chain length on the degree of polymerization of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) paste fluidity influence, establishes the mathematical model of PCE ideal molecular structure, studied the effect of ester density on the performance of PCE used. The relative molecular mass of 4000 HPEG designed and prepared 2 kinds of sustained-release reducing agent PC-R1 and PC-R2. on the molecular structure of the slow-release PCE were characterized by gel chromatography (GPC) and the average molecular weight and number average relative molecular mass was determined by infrared spectroscopy, characterized the functional properties of fresh. The performance of concrete and hardened concrete were studied with slow release PCE, validated the mathematical model and design method.
