【摘要】：目前,工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護和文化再生日益受到我國政府和學界的重視,理論研究成果豐富,積累了一定的實踐經(jīng)驗。但與西方發(fā)達國家相比,我國還存在一定的差距。筆者基于工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護和文化再生的相關(guān)理論,運用設計學、文化遺產(chǎn)學、建筑學和歷史學等多種學科交叉研究方法,探討了中國工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護和文化再生中的理論研究、現(xiàn)實狀況、西方經(jīng)驗、視覺藝術(shù)分析和工作策略等相關(guān)問題。本文主體可分為五部分。第一章研究工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護與文化再生相關(guān)理論,介紹了“工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)”理論、“文化再生”基本概念,闡述了遺產(chǎn)價值評價體系,分析了工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)的文化再生利用模式及其基本特征,探討了該研究的目的、目前存在的問題,以及工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護和文化再生的意義。第二章則主要分析了在當前情況下中國工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護與文化再生的基本情況。首先從史學角度羅列了近現(xiàn)代,尤其是新中國成立以后我國工業(yè)發(fā)展的狀況,以及工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)分布的地區(qū)格局;接著分析了中國工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護的現(xiàn)狀和突出問題。第三章對國內(nèi)以及國外的典型案例典型案例展開分析。國內(nèi)分別選取北京、上海、青島、西安和臺灣地區(qū),對這些城市在工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護和再生利用方面的典型案例進行了剖析,分析了這些案例規(guī)劃設計、功能轉(zhuǎn)型等方面的成功經(jīng)驗和不足之處;國外選取德國、美國、英國和法國作為代表,分析了其工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護的發(fā)展過程和工業(yè)建筑改造模式,揭示了其對中國工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護的借鑒意義。第四章從視覺藝術(shù)角度探討了工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)的保護和文化再生問題。先分析了工業(yè)建筑的技術(shù)和審美構(gòu)成,以及工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)的視覺要素;接著論述了工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)的構(gòu)成和視覺美學審美意識的形成;其次分析了工業(yè)建筑視覺色彩和傳達體系的構(gòu)建;最后列舉了將視覺設計應用于工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護、促進文化再生的重要意義。第五章討論了中國工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護與文化再生策略的構(gòu)建,從政府職能、調(diào)研決策和規(guī)劃設計三個角度,提供了一些策略性建議。本文針對我國工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護和文化再生問題,從歷史文化、藝術(shù)設計、行為策劃及文創(chuàng)規(guī)劃等現(xiàn)實案例的角度提出了解決策略,對工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護和文化再生發(fā)展提出了更高領域的定位。筆者對工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)的再認識及城市文化肌理的保護提出了保護性再生創(chuàng)意新概念,從而引導更多的人群正確認識和理解城市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)存在的真正意義與價值,讓我國越來越少的工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)能夠得到更多的重視和更好的保護,從而留住城市發(fā)展中的“工業(yè)記憶”。
[Abstract]:At present, the protection of industrial architectural heritage and cultural regeneration are paid more and more attention by our government and academic circles. The theoretical research results are rich and accumulated some practical experience, but compared with the western developed countries. There is still a certain gap in our country. Based on the theory of industrial architectural heritage protection and cultural regeneration, the author uses design, cultural heritage, architecture, history and other interdisciplinary research methods. This paper probes into the theoretical research, realistic situation and western experience in the protection and cultural regeneration of industrial architectural heritage in China. The main body of this paper can be divided into five parts. The first chapter studies the theory of industrial architectural heritage protection and cultural regeneration, and introduces the theory of "industrial architectural heritage". This paper discusses the basic concept of "cultural regeneration", expounds the evaluation system of heritage value, analyzes the mode of cultural regeneration and its basic characteristics of industrial architectural heritage, and probes into the purpose and existing problems of this research. The second chapter mainly analyzes the basic situation of China's industrial architectural heritage protection and cultural regeneration in the current situation. Firstly, from the perspective of history, it lists the modern times. Especially after the founding of New China, the status of industrial development in China, and the distribution of industrial architectural heritage in the region; Then it analyzes the status quo and outstanding problems of the protection of industrial architectural heritage in China. The third chapter analyzes the typical cases of domestic and foreign typical cases. China selects Beijing Shanghai Qingdao respectively. In Xi'an and Taiwan, the typical cases of industrial architectural heritage protection and regeneration in these cities are analyzed, and the successful experiences and shortcomings in planning and design of these cases, functional transformation and so on are analyzed. Foreign countries selected Germany, the United States, Britain and France as representatives, analyzed their industrial heritage protection development process and industrial building transformation model. Chapter 4th discusses the protection and cultural regeneration of industrial architectural heritage from the perspective of visual art. First, it analyzes the technology and aesthetic composition of industrial architecture. And the visual elements of industrial architectural heritage; Then it discusses the composition of industrial architectural heritage and the formation of aesthetic consciousness of visual aesthetics. Secondly, it analyzes the construction of visual color and communication system of industrial architecture. Finally, it lists the importance of applying visual design to the protection of industrial architectural heritage and promoting cultural regeneration. Chapter 5th discusses the construction of Chinese industrial architectural heritage protection and cultural regeneration strategy, from the government functions. This paper aims at the problems of heritage protection and cultural regeneration of industrial buildings in China from the perspective of historical culture and art design. From the perspective of practical cases, such as behavioral planning and Wenchuang planning, the author puts forward the solution strategy. This paper puts forward a higher field orientation for the protection of industrial architectural heritage and the development of cultural regeneration. The author puts forward a new concept of protective regeneration creativity for the reunderstanding of industrial architectural heritage and the protection of urban cultural texture. In order to guide more people to correctly understand and understand the real meaning and value of the existence of urban industrial heritage, so that fewer and fewer industrial buildings in China can be more attention and better protection. So as to retain the "industrial memory" in urban development.
