含三明治外掛墻板預(yù)制裝配式混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能研究

【摘要】:預(yù)制混凝土夾心保溫外墻板(文中簡(jiǎn)稱為:三明治外墻板)是一種新型的夾心保溫復(fù)合墻板體系,它是由兩側(cè)的鋼筋混凝土葉板和中間的擠塑聚苯乙烯(XPS)保溫板通過(guò)拉接件連接組成。三明治外墻板相較于其他保溫墻體具有保溫性能優(yōu)越,防火性能好、耐久性能好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),并且能在工廠預(yù)制,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)良好的環(huán)境效益。不同于現(xiàn)澆混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中的磚砌填充墻,三明治外墻板往往采用外掛于主體結(jié)構(gòu)的連接方式,因此被稱為外掛墻板。目前在我國(guó),三明治外掛墻板與主體結(jié)構(gòu)常采用的連接方式為上部線連接、下部限位連接,且線連接避開(kāi)梁端塑性鉸區(qū)。為研究采用這一連接方式的三明治外掛墻板對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力特性與抗震性能的影響,本文設(shè)計(jì)并制作了一個(gè)作為對(duì)比的不含三明治外掛墻板預(yù)制混凝土聯(lián)肢剪力墻試件S-1和兩個(gè)分別含不開(kāi)洞和開(kāi)洞的三明治外掛墻板的預(yù)制混凝土聯(lián)肢剪力墻試件S-2、S-3,并進(jìn)行了擬靜力試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:3個(gè)試件的破壞模式差別不大,均是在梁端先出現(xiàn)塑性鉸,后墻肢端部屈服,最終均是梁端、墻肢端部塑性鉸區(qū)混凝土被壓碎而破壞;采用上部線連接且避開(kāi)塑性鉸區(qū),底部限位連接的方式能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)與不含外掛墻板聯(lián)肢剪力墻相同的梁鉸屈服機(jī)制;底部限位連接件的水平長(zhǎng)圓孔能夠滿足螺栓的滑動(dòng)要求,限位連接設(shè)計(jì)合理,安裝質(zhì)量滿足要求;三明治外掛墻板對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)屈服之前的剛度略有提高,含三明治外掛墻板的預(yù)制混凝土聯(lián)肢剪力墻的峰值承載力也略高于不含三明治外掛墻板的預(yù)制混凝土聯(lián)肢剪力墻;3個(gè)試件延性相當(dāng),位移延性系數(shù)介于3.37~5.12之間。此外,本次試驗(yàn)還研究了所采用的單組份密封膠(SR SEAL NB50)和雙組份密封膠(MS SEAL)在地震作用下的反應(yīng)和破壞情況。結(jié)果表明,三明治外掛墻板與基礎(chǔ)底座的板縫處的兩種型號(hào)的密封膠在層間位移角分別達(dá)到1/92、1/138時(shí)才開(kāi)始破壞,在小震和中震作用下所研究密封膠均能滿足外掛墻板與基礎(chǔ)間相對(duì)變形的要求。在試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用ANSYS軟件對(duì)3個(gè)試件的受力過(guò)程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析,并將分析得到骨架曲線、破壞模式、裂縫開(kāi)展情況與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)吻合良好,表明所建立的分析模型可以較好的模擬試件的受力過(guò)程和破壞形態(tài),可用于后續(xù)的進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Precast concrete sandwich insulation wall board (hereafter referred to as: sandwich wall board) is a new type of sandwich thermal insulation composite wall system, which is composed of extruded polystyrene on both sides of the reinforced concrete plate and the middle lobe (XPS) insulation board through connectors connected. Sandwich wall panels compared with other thermal insulation wall with thermal insulation performance superior, good fireproof performance, good durability and other advantages, and can be prefabricated in the factory, to achieve good environmental benefits. Different from the cast-in-place concrete structure of brick walls, sandwich wall board connection is often used in the main structure of the plug-in, so called external wall panels. At present in our country, the connection connection using sandwich external wall panels and main structure for upper lower limit line, connecting, and avoid the line connecting beam end plastic hinge for study. Using this type of Sanming the connection Effect of wall on the main structure of the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance, this paper designed and made of precast concrete specimens and two S-1 respectively with opening and opening of the external wall panels of a sandwich as the contrast without external wall panels sandwich precast concrete coupled shear wall with coupled shear wall specimens of S-2 and S-3. And the pseudo static experiment. The test results show that little difference between the 3 failure modes of specimens, are the first plastic hinge at the beam end wall of the extremities are the final yield, the end of the beam, concrete wall extremities plastic hinge was crushed and destroyed; the upper line and avoid the plastic hinge region, the bottom limit connection can be achieved with and without external wall panels of coupled shear wall with the same beam hinge yield mechanism; the bottom level of long hole connecter can meet the requirements of sliding bolt spacing connection, reasonable design, safety With quality to meet the requirements of the external wall panels; sandwich structure yield before the stiffness increased slightly, slightly higher than the precast concrete sandwich wall panel with plug-in coupled shear wall bearing capacity of precast concrete sandwich panels containing peak plug in coupled shear walls; 3 specimens ductility is between the displacement ductility coefficient between 3.37~5.12. In addition, the experimental research of the one component sealant (SR SEAL NB50) and two-component sealant (MS SEAL) reaction and damage under earthquake. The results show that the damage began to two types of external wall panels and sandwich slab joints of foundation of the sealant reached 1/92,1/138 in the interlayer displacement angle, in the small and moderate earthquake under the study of sealant can meet the external wall panels and the foundation of relative deformation among requirements. On the basis of experimental research, using ANSYS software on the 3 Try to force the process is simulated and analyzed, and the analysis of skeleton curve, failure mode, crack development and comparison of test results. The results agree well with experimental results, show that the established model can better simulate the specimen stress process and failure form, can be used for further research the follow-up.
