【摘要】：通過對長春市某高校食堂項目實施過程中的工程造價的應(yīng)用研究,找到科學(xué)有效的控制工程成本、降低工程造價的方法和途徑;將工程造價計劃值和實際值進(jìn)行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時糾偏;強化合同管理,嚴(yán)格履約,減少合同糾紛對工程造價的不利影響;控制風(fēng)險,加強施工過程的科學(xué)管理,避免項目實施過程中的“三超”現(xiàn)象,提高工程項目的管理水平,合理配置資源、有效地利用資金,降低建筑安裝工程造價,同時,為今后的項目建設(shè)和造價管理積累寶貴的經(jīng)驗。本文以長春市某高校食堂項目實施全過程中,各個階段對工程造價控制的影響為實例,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例分析法、對比分析法、歸納提煉法等研究方法,對工程建設(shè)各階段的投資估算、設(shè)計概算、施工圖預(yù)算、工程結(jié)算以及竣工決算等進(jìn)行對比,分析各階段對工程造價、成本控制的影響及產(chǎn)生的原因。通過研究分析實施過程中的工程造價管理和成本控制的課題,認(rèn)識到工程項目建設(shè)造價的最終確定是各個階段經(jīng)濟技術(shù)工作的綜合。要想真實地反映各個階段的工作水平和影響力,必須重視每一個工作環(huán)節(jié)、踏踏實實的采取科學(xué)的方法、合理的技術(shù)措施、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度、才能實現(xiàn)和保證投資的高效益。本課題研究的意義在于在我國全面深化改革的大背景下,以具體工程項目的成本控制和造價管理為研究對象,通過對本項目工程造價管理實際應(yīng)用研究,運用科學(xué)有效的方法進(jìn)行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時糾偏;強化合同管理,嚴(yán)格履約,減少合同糾紛對工程造價的影響;嚴(yán)格控制工程成本,降低工程造價管理風(fēng)險;合理配置資源、有效利用資金,降低建筑安裝工程造價。同時,為建設(shè)工程項目工程造價管理積累實踐經(jīng)驗,并為今后其他工程項目的成本控制和造價管理工作提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Through the application research on the project cost of a university canteen project in Changchun City, the methods and ways to control the project cost scientifically and effectively and to reduce the project cost are found. Compare the project cost plan value with the actual value, find out the problem and correct the deviation in time; Strengthen the contract management, strictly fulfill the contract, reduce the adverse impact of contract disputes on the project cost; Control risks, strengthen the scientific management of construction process, avoid the "three super" phenomenon in the process of project implementation, improve the management level of engineering projects, allocate resources reasonably, and make effective use of funds. At the same time, it accumulates valuable experience for the project construction and cost management in the future. The impact of each stage on the project cost control for example, using literature research method, case analysis method, comparative analysis method, induction method and other research methods, investment estimates and design estimates for each stage of construction. The construction drawing budget, project settlement and final accounts are compared, and the cost of the project is analyzed in each stage. Through the research and analysis of the project cost management and cost control in the process of implementation. It is recognized that the final determination of construction cost of engineering projects is the synthesis of economic and technological work in each stage. In order to truly reflect the working level and influence of each stage, we must attach importance to each work link. In order to realize and guarantee the high benefit of investment, we can adopt scientific methods, reasonable technical measures and strict working attitude in order to realize and guarantee the high benefit of investment. The significance of this research lies in the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way in our country. Taking the cost control and cost management of the specific project as the research object, through the practical application research of the project cost management, using the scientific and effective method to carry on the contrast, finds the problem, corrects the deviation in time; Strengthen the contract management, strictly fulfill the contract, reduce the impact of contract disputes on the project cost; Strictly control the project cost and reduce the risk of project cost management; Reasonable allocation of resources, effective use of funds to reduce the cost of construction and installation. At the same time, for the construction project project cost management accumulated practical experience. It also provides useful reference for cost control and cost management of other engineering projects in the future.
