【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)一起"三合一"場(chǎng)所較大亡人火災(zāi)事故進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,充分應(yīng)用火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)遺留的火勢(shì)蔓延痕跡,精確認(rèn)定起火部位及起火點(diǎn)。根據(jù)物證鑒定結(jié)果,最終認(rèn)定火災(zāi)原因?yàn)殡姳潆姎饩�路發(fā)生故障引起。探討此類火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)痕跡發(fā)現(xiàn)與應(yīng)用及災(zāi)害成因,如建筑消防設(shè)計(jì)不規(guī)范、管理混亂、人員消防意識(shí)差等。從應(yīng)用多種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)痕跡、火場(chǎng)環(huán)境勘查技術(shù)等方面總結(jié)火災(zāi)調(diào)查體會(huì)。
[Abstract]:According to "three in one" place of the dead fire accident investigation and analysis, the full application of the fire scene left traces of fire spread, fire location and fire point accurately determined. According to the results of evidence analysis, finally identified the cause of the fire caused by electrical refrigerator fault. To investigate the causes of the discovery and application of this kind of fire and the disaster scene, such as building fire protection design is not standardized, management confusion, poor awareness of fire personnel. From the application of a variety of traces of the scene, the fire environment exploration technology aspects of fire investigation experience.
