【摘要】：通過對一起"三合一"場所較大亡人火災事故進行調查分析,充分應用火災現場遺留的火勢蔓延痕跡,精確認定起火部位及起火點。根據物證鑒定結果,最終認定火災原因為電冰箱電氣線路發(fā)生故障引起。探討此類火災現場痕跡發(fā)現與應用及災害成因,如建筑消防設計不規(guī)范、管理混亂、人員消防意識差等。從應用多種現場痕跡、火場環(huán)境勘查技術等方面總結火災調查體會。
[Abstract]:According to "three in one" place of the dead fire accident investigation and analysis, the full application of the fire scene left traces of fire spread, fire location and fire point accurately determined. According to the results of evidence analysis, finally identified the cause of the fire caused by electrical refrigerator fault. To investigate the causes of the discovery and application of this kind of fire and the disaster scene, such as building fire protection design is not standardized, management confusion, poor awareness of fire personnel. From the application of a variety of traces of the scene, the fire environment exploration technology aspects of fire investigation experience.
