【摘要】：隨著教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展和“以人為本”的教學(xué)理念的不斷深入,作為“第二課堂”的學(xué)生生活區(qū)被重視起來。通過加強(qiáng)對于學(xué)生行為活動和心理需求的引導(dǎo),滿足學(xué)生在物質(zhì)和精神上的需求,更有利于高校實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)理念。由于深圳市土地資源不足,城中村改造進(jìn)程不斷加速,桂廟村1即將面臨改造重建的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況。筆者通過長時(shí)間地觀察和調(diào)研,深入地了解學(xué)生在桂廟村中的行為活動和心理需求。在調(diào)研的過程中,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)了當(dāng)下桂廟村建設(shè)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足。桂廟村學(xué)生生活區(qū)忽略了學(xué)生的行為活動與心理需求:在公寓樓的建設(shè)中,缺乏對于學(xué)生宿舍空間、公寓樓公共空間、男女性別差異等方面設(shè)計(jì)的考慮;在商業(yè)空間的建設(shè)中缺乏清晰的規(guī)劃,致使商業(yè)空間不足、商業(yè)設(shè)施無序發(fā)展等問題;室外空間缺乏對自行車停放、交往活動等空間的設(shè)計(jì),使得生活區(qū)難以適應(yīng)學(xué)生日益增長的行為活動和心理需求。本文基于學(xué)生行為活動和心理需求的視角,探討未來桂廟村有關(guān)于學(xué)生活動部分的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì),研究桂廟村的改造重建,為深大學(xué)子提供一個(gè)更有利于生活、學(xué)習(xí)、交往的桂廟村。本文首先通過介紹選題的研究背景、作用與意義,明確桂廟村設(shè)計(jì)中的研究對象——即深大學(xué)子在桂廟村中的行為活動和心理需求,使得調(diào)研與分析具有切實(shí)的意義;簡要介紹桂廟村的情況,為下文的研究做鋪墊;通過文獻(xiàn)的閱讀與實(shí)際的觀察、調(diào)研,筆者總結(jié)了學(xué)生的行為活動和心理需求特征;通過實(shí)地的調(diào)研,筆者分析總結(jié)了學(xué)生在桂廟村的行為活動和心理需求以及與之相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)的問題;最后通過分析學(xué)生行為和心理需求以及其與建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的相互關(guān)系,提出對于學(xué)生行為模式視角下的桂廟村設(shè)計(jì)原則和具體設(shè)計(jì)策略。指導(dǎo)原則包括:整體性原則、復(fù)合性原則、舒適性原則;設(shè)計(jì)策略包括:桂廟村功能布局、交通設(shè)計(jì)、商業(yè)設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)、公共開放空間設(shè)計(jì)、創(chuàng)意園設(shè)計(jì)、公寓樓設(shè)計(jì)策略,以此作為對未來桂廟村改造重建的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education and the deepening of "people-oriented" teaching concept, students as the "second classroom" living area has been attached importance to, through strengthening the guidance of students' behavioral activities and psychological needs. To meet the material and spiritual needs of students is more conducive to the realization of modern teaching ideas in colleges and universities. Due to the shortage of land resources in Shenzhen the process of village transformation in the city is accelerating. Guimiao Village 1 is about to face the reality of reconstruction. Through a long period of observation and investigation, I deeply understand the behavior and psychological needs of students in Guimiao Village. The author found the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of Guimiao Village at present. The students' living area of Guimiao Village neglected the students' behavioral activities and psychological needs: in the construction of apartment building, the lack of dormitory space for students. Public space in apartment buildings, gender differences between men and women, and other aspects of design considerations; The lack of clear planning in the construction of commercial space leads to the shortage of commercial space and the disorderly development of commercial facilities. Outdoor space is lack of space design for bicycle parking and communication activities, which makes it difficult to adapt to the growing behavior and psychological needs of students. This paper based on the perspective of students' behavioral activities and psychological needs. To explore the future of the Guimiao Village about the relevant design of student activities, research on the reconstruction of Guimiao Village, to provide a more conducive to life, learning for the students of Shenzhen University. First of all, this paper introduces the research background, function and significance of the topic, and clarifies the research object in the design of Guimiao Village, that is, the behavioral activities and psychological needs of the students of Shenzhen University in Guimiao Village. Make investigation and analysis have practical significance; This paper briefly introduces the situation of Guimiao Village and paves the way for the research below. Through the reading of literature and actual observation and investigation, the author summarizes the characteristics of students' behavioral activities and psychological needs; Through the field investigation, the author analyzes and summarizes the behavioral activities and psychological needs of students in Guimiao Village and the related design problems. Finally, through the analysis of the behavior and psychological needs of students and the relationship between them and architectural design. This paper puts forward the design principles and specific design strategies of Guimiao Village from the perspective of student behavior pattern. The guiding principles include: integrity principle, compound principle, comfort principle; The design strategies include: functional layout, traffic design, commercial design, public open space design, creative park design, apartment building design strategy, as a reference for the future reconstruction of Guimiao Village.
